They offered good deal at the very beginning, no back and forth game play. Vince helped me to lease my Honda Prologue. He was friendly and very helpful. He walked me through the entire setup process. It was not easy to get the car hooked to onStar and HondLink. He brought in other team member to assist, also spoke to onStar rep to have my service activated. HondaLink is the most trouble one. Unable to add my new ProLogue to the app. Vince helped me to open a case with Honda tech support. It took almost 2 weeks to finally registger my car with HondaLink. During this 2 weeks, Vince was actively working with me and their rep to resolve this issue. More
