Kevin did an excellent job helping us diagnose the problem where we smelt gasoline while driving. We were out of town and were worrying if we could drive home safely. We drove-in to Honda on Grand and Kevn graciously took us in without an appointment. It turned out that there's no safety concerns. That gave us a huge sense of relief! Going above and beyond, Kevin also offered to install a recall part that is still not available in our hometown! We are so glad that we chose to go to Honda on Grand for an intended emergency fix and ended up with getting the parts that we have been waiting for months! Ivan was extremely helpful in explaining things to me about my Accord. Love the waiting room and services. The estimate for some reason only showed $45 for oil change but the bill showed $80.
