On the multipoint inspection "inspect cabin air filter" was checked RED. On the inspection Comment section tech # 222885 stated that the cabin filter was dirty. Routine oil change that we had an appt for took about 3 hours. And quoted a $50 for simple tire rotation service. The comprehensive report afterwards was nice.
