Brought my '24 CRV in for scheduled warranty service. Also requested another check of a concern I had in the undercarriage/frame area of the vehicle. He caught a failing battery during a load test (dead cell); Honda replaced the warrantied battery, of course no charge. I am grateful for the tech's thoroughness in his work, catching the battery problem. If it is possible to recognize him for my thanks, please do so.
