James was extremely rude argumentative and did not treat me as a valued customer in fact he disputed a mechanic mistake , shrugged and acted as if it was no big deal that I would need another timing chain a me as a valued customer in fact he disputed a mechanic mistake , shrugged and acted as if it was no big deal that I would need another timing chain and made the comment I don’t know how you drive . I am a73 year old women who’s drives my children to school and taking them to various activities my car is extremely important to be safe - I take good care of my car . My rental car reeked of marijuana that also was met with nonchalance - only the service manger was of any help . Due to James demeanor I am thinking of not replacing my Honda with another Honda but finding a different make of car . Honda on Grand has not been very helpful to me at all! I am going to social media to warn others this is not a dealership for people looking for useful help More
