The service center waiting area is deplorable. Dirty waiting area. Spraying bug spray for ants. Drinking fountain was out of order. Furniture is all worn. No reading material for customers as they wait for service. My wife refuses to go to this service center. Was told two years ago they were going to clean this facility and make it more presentable. Leaves a very disgusted impression. More
