Service dept does not stand behind their product. I bought a NEW 2021 Passport that blew a valve stem when airing up tire had tire broken down to fix to find a huge patch inside the tire witch was a I bought a NEW 2021 Passport that blew a valve stem when airing up tire had tire broken down to fix to find a huge patch inside the tire witch was apparently sold with a NEW car like that now they say we have to pay for the Valve stem and sensor because "it was damaged" yea by whoever patched the tire on my supposed NEW car !!!! More

A flawless and seamless experience with one of the best salesperson, Brittney Bonmini, I've ever had to deal with. Give that girl a RAISE!! She was attentive, very responsive, and went the extra mile to in salesperson, Brittney Bonmini, I've ever had to deal with. Give that girl a RAISE!! She was attentive, very responsive, and went the extra mile to insure everything was taken care of prior to delivery. Mr David and his wife delivered the vehicle as promised and communicated regarding their expected arrival time. I greatly appreciate everything you guys have done!! This was my first physical "sight unseen" purchase and would definitely use Honda of Jonesboro for another vehicle purchase in the future! Thanks again for all that you guys did for us! More
