When I got a phone call advising me of a recall on my Ridgeline, I had no idea I would be able to get an appointment the very next day! That's the first time anything like this ever happened! When I wa Ridgeline, I had no idea I would be able to get an appointment the very next day! That's the first time anything like this ever happened! When I was advised there was a serious safety issue with my truck that needed to be fixed before I drove it again, I was again very surprised that I would be driving a "loaner" truck within a few minutes!
