Worst Honda service department EVER! Brought my Honda in for a basic oil change. I knew all my tires were low on air, the left front tire was 23 lbs PSI. After waiting for nearly 2 hours Brought my Honda in for a basic oil change. I knew all my tires were low on air, the left front tire was 23 lbs PSI. After waiting for nearly 2 hours for a oil change, my car was finished. The car was returned to me with service recommendations. A $89.95 front end alignment was recommended due to the car pulling to the left. I knew the car was pulling to the left due to the tire pressure being low on the left front tire. I looked at all the tires and all the tire pressures where still low after my service, the left front tire was still 23 PSI. The service invoice stated the tire pressures were all adjusted to 32 PSI which was a TOTAL LIE, the tires were NEVER TOUCHED. I'm done with this dealership, I have lost all trust in them. More
