I brought my vehicle in for a service quoted at $79. 95 with a %10 online booking discount. I was astonished to find that my final charges were $97.33. At home I reviewed my charges to discover that my discount was $0.00 and I was charged an addition shoo charge as a repair order. This is a vehicle service. Scheduled maintenance not a repair order. I feel there are some quoted prices that are way too high for additional services that were recommended like a serpentine belt $228.95. Sounds like a charge of more than 2 hours for a 20 minute job. It's a 19mm some belt routing. I left feeling like the goal was to shake as many coins out of my pockets as possible. You guys have lost a customer. I was driving down from Dothan because of trust issues with dealers up here. Looks like I am doing my own maintenance now. More
