Three individual service employees were walking by and did not greet me until ~20 minutes later while I was in the car in the Express Service Lane. The employees saw me but chose not to acknowledge me. I'm not sure if its because Honda North is close for lunch at this time or not but letting me know would have helped. When another SUV drove to the side of where my vehicle was only then did an employee (assumed to be Denis Howell since his name is listed as the ADVISOR on the receipt) step out to greet me and ask what type of services I was requesting. His estimate for my MA State Inspection Sticker and Oil Change was "an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes" due to what he described as the service dept being held up with other cars. The services were not complete until 2:10 pm. At least EIGHT other individuals some for car repairs, many for oil changes and at least 2 other individuals for a combination of the MA state inspection sticker and oil change arrived after I did and service for them was complete before me. I understand that some of them had appointments but I do not believe all did. Either way, I wouldn't have mind if the Service department was running late, but choosing not to let me know that Service was running late I feel is a problem. Sales and service was great when I originally purchased the car but over the past year, I've noticed that its been taking service longer each time for my oil change (with and without an appointment) and employees are less friendly. Upon letting me know that the vehicle was was ready "Dennis" did not apologize or acknowledge the fact that his estimated time was late and I felt that the way he talked to me was as if I was a bother to him. Based on the last few experiences at Honda North I may not recommend this dealership and service department to others. I had greatly appreciated the employees when I initially purchased the car but have noticed that the older the car is the less pleased employees seem to see me. I hope that this review will allow Honda North and its employees to improve on their service. Thanks. More
My Battery died on my 2008 Honda Accord... I even saw our sales rep Evy who took the time to come over and speak to us even though it had been a year since we saw her last. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. More
The service was very fast, and friendly. My wife and I didn't even get a chance to finish our breakfast sandwiches. The service lady, explained what they did. When I brought my car to Honda North Denis came out to greet me and asked what I wanted to be serviced on my car. He said it would be about a hour and a half. Went in for routine oil change on a Sunday (a Sunday! What other shop is open on Sunday?) I was in and out in 15 minutes. The car had received a complimentary wash which was badly needed, and to my surprise and delight, when Susan presented the invoice, the entire oil change was "no charge" because we'd recently had major service done there. Popular wisdom holds that dealerships are "ripoffs" for service but that has not been my experience at Honda North. They have programs such as the 'free oil change' from time to time that keep me coming back. More

We had made an appointment for 9 amand were told it would take about an hour and a half. It wasn't ready until after 4 pm. Don't get me wrong - we love Honda North and have had wonderful experiences so far but please be honest as to how long something will take! It was the weekend before Christmas and like everyone else had many things to do that day including getting ready to attend an event that night - had we known it would take all day we would have been able to plan accordingly.
