Worried at First I was a little worried about doing business with this dealership after reading some of the reviews. I have been looking for a car for about 2 years. I was a little worried about doing business with this dealership after reading some of the reviews. I have been looking for a car for about 2 years. I found a Mazda CX-5 that had everything that I wanted and needed. I went to look at the car and the first salesperson I spoke with was John S. He was the first one to greet me I let him know what car I was interested in. He went straight inside got the keys moved the car up so I could look at it. The one concern I had was to make sure the hockey equipment would fit in it. He had no problem with me putting the hockey bag in the car to make sure the car would work. He never deter me from the vehicle I wanted. NO trying to sell me a bigger car with more bells and whistle or a higher price car. I will be fan of this dealership for life and will recommend John to anyone. Also George in fiance is a sweetheart amazing to work with. More
Selling a "Flood Car" as Certified Honda CRV I personally lifted the cargo lid out of the CRV that was supposedly "Certified". The spare tire area was filled with water and all the metal in the repair bag was rusty. The water had been sitting in there for quite a while. They tried to say the window was leaking. The carpet was dry. This is a flood car. Beware of this dealership. I should have called the Attorney General. More

He remembers everything and I'm so comfortable with him. As I was the day I bought this car. Mark told me all about the new crv ex with heated seats and all kinds of fun tech stuff. I fell in love with the car but was afraid my payment would be too high. Well, it did go up but only $22.00 I was sold and so happy with this car. Mark's the best salesperson ever and really cares.... I love him.. Scott in service is awesome also.. More

Upon my return home, I visited their webpage and used their online "chat" feature. Discussed my issue with the representative and gave her my name, telephone number and email address as requested. She advised me that a manager would contact me immediately. NOTHING. Do not waste your time! Baierl Honda gave me a great price and the customer service that I deserved! More

Had a very pleasant experience at honda north. Dustin was our salesperson. A real nice young man. He explained the technology and did our radio preset stations. Overall very good experience. First off i would like to say thank you so much to Kelly Fehr in the Internet Sales department who made me feel 110% confident in coming in and starting the process of purchasing my first vehicle. She is friendly, genuine, and highly knowledgeable. She certainly did her job and was extremely personable even over emails!! So cheers to her With that said. Everyone at the Honda North facility was exceptional. From the receptionist, service guys, lot attendants, sales, and even the finance guys! We received a free lunch on Saturday afternoon which was delightful! You guys will be the first place I look and buy our next car/suv and all others after that. Top notch and very knowledgeable. I could not think of anything you guys/girls could have done to make my first time car buying experience any better, and I say that with the sincerest of hearts! It all started with Carl who let us test drive the 2013 Accord and explained everything while we drove in a complete yet brief over-view of the features. Jerry helped get me close to the price i wanted and came pretty close when everything was said and done. Anthony gave us a great hands on once over of all the features like bluetooth, hands free, radio features, and just about everything else in the car. He left us feeling very comfortable before i pulled off the lot. They even washed my mother-in-laws vehicle while we waited for my car to be finished with the final inspection. Another pharmacist I work with will be coming up this week sometime to look at Pilots for his wife I believe Rachel is helping him. Martin Klaus is his name. They are wonderful people also! He asked how my car buying adventure went and I COULD NOT stop saying “amazing, great, fantastic, etc… etc….” so I hope he gets the same experience as I did!! I dealt with Katie G. via the internet. She was SUPER helpful and friendly. SHE is the reason I thought I'd buy from Honda North. I got a quote from her out the door and was ready to buy. Long story short, I was treated like crap and was told they couldn't honor the quote that Katie gave to me. Huh? JJ/Bernie(?) said "We don't know who Katie talked to and she's only 18." What? I have no words to express my feelings about the whole ordeal. I'm still shaking my head. They lost my sale over $100! At the end, of course, it wasn't even about the $100. It was about the principle of honoring your quote. Katie should work somewhere else. She's too good for Honda North. More

First I would like to say that all of our experience with any person on the staff at Honda North has exceeded our expectations. They are very polite, extremely helpful, and they made us feel like they were there to help us. Both times we purchased from JJ and worked with George on our financing. JJ never tried to sell us anything, he just identified the right model for us based on our needs. I didn't feel worked over or pressured like I have felt before in looking for a car. And as an added bonus we now have two great cars that will last us for years to come. I have known that Honda was a name that could be trusted, and now I know that Honda North is the Honda dealer that I can trust. Thank you for another great car buying experience!! More
I went to Honda North to price a 2012 Honda Fit Sport. The salesman took 10 minutes to know I was there and interested, and when he did notice, played it off very foolishly. Upon getting a quote, the price was said as a solid in stone price, and not a "hopefully we can reach an agreement on" sort of thing, to actually want your business. Mind you, while he was talking to me, no eye contact, looked over my shoulder behind me, mumbled a lot, and came off as cocky and snide. Mind you, the quote he gave, I already got one way better than his price earlier, so him saying 'this IS the price' was sort of a bold faced lie. Also, had a friend who bought a used Mazda from this dealership, upon driving home, noticed the trunk button doesn't open trunk, and also the trunk leaks water. The dealership hid all this from him by opening the trunk with a key when they saw him hit the button. Lastly, girlfriend of mine, went to the parts department to get a cargo shelf installed or ordered for her, and the man in parts had no clue what it is she wanted. Understand the vehicles you sell, inside and out. More
