Sales made an offer that I felt was too low, they based it on several untrue “problems” with the car like the wheels were bent inward and the tires would need replaced soon (this was a three year old car with 15,000 miles on it in pristine condition). Interesting how nobody else found these “problems”. Sales manager was very agitated I didn’t roll over and accept the offer. I was headed out the door and Dustin came out to berate me and lecture me on how stupid I could be to think they’d give me more for my piece of junk car. I let him know some other numbers I had received and he said to go sell it to one of them then. I said I would. I did, for much more than he offered me. Highly unprofessional and a sore loser missing out on a great trade in and subsequent sale of a new car I was looking at. They also had the new car I was looking at sitting in front of the sales window I was at and had some “actors” from the dealership walk by the car looking at it acting intersted in it as though to make me feel like someone else was about to buy it any minute, was quite entertaining, but classless. I recently bought my 2nd minivan (Odyssey) from Honda North (January, 2024). Bethani, Dustin, and Clint are a great team and very professional. They did not pressure me at any point and reached out with North (January, 2024). Bethani, Dustin, and Clint are a great team and very professional. They did not pressure me at any point and reached out with good (but not overbearing) frequency. We had a lot of discussion about used vs new, colors, trim, etc. and they answered every question along the way. I do not enjoy car shopping, but I greatly appreciate the approach that Honda North and their staff take with customers. Thank you! More

Should have left right there. Big regret! Left feeling uneasy about the whole deal. We ended up buying a used car only to have break down the next day. Took it to two different dealerships because it broke down twice. Eventually, had to replace fuel pump. Drove fine at the dealership. Several things should’ve tipped us off. The service team didn’t bother to give a new oil change sticker and they couldn’t be troubled to fill up the gas tank for a new customer. Really feel like the service team wasn’t very through with their care of the car. Probably overlooked some issues. Called the dealership and they were less than willing to help out. Would only cover the diagnostic fee from one dealership. Salesman was crass and rude on the phone with me. Especially when I brought up the fact that they had now listed our trade in car for double what we traded it for. Talk about taking advantage of customers. I guess our dash and windshield were fine after all. The sales team knew they had us and took full advantage of it. They definitely could’ve helped us out more or given us more for the trade. Lesson - if it feels shady it probably is. Be on your guard if you choose to deal with this place. More

They do not honor the original contract when your car finally gets there. Change fees and add on other charges. When contacting them they said that was not a valid contract as per small print on the b finally gets there. Change fees and add on other charges. When contacting them they said that was not a valid contract as per small print on the bottom. I guess they get you in and you purchase a car and thats the end for them. I am still waiting for a refund check for supposedly accidental fees. LOL More
While having re-call work done on my 2019 Honda with around 30,000 miles, I asked them to look at the rusty rear brakes that should also be a warranty issue. They said that Honda Corp would not replace around 30,000 miles, I asked them to look at the rusty rear brakes that should also be a warranty issue. They said that Honda Corp would not replace because it’s a wear item and my location has environmental issues that cause premature rust. Nobody ever told me that my Honda was not equipped to handle these issues when I purchased the car! Also, because Honda, denied the warranty complaint, the dealership wanted to charge me around $50 for “inspecting” the brake problem! We negotiated down to $25. What a rip off More
This dealership's service department doesn't know the first thing about "service", be it completing a vehicle service correctly or customer service. We scheduled to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced first thing about "service", be it completing a vehicle service correctly or customer service. We scheduled to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced as well as an alignment done on our vehicle on January 13th and were told that the alignment couldn't be completed due to a cracked coil spring which the technician was afraid would break if adjusted. We were still charged the full price for a partially completed alignment. They adjusted the front toe only on a 4wd alignment. They didn't touch the castor/camber or rear. We were told to go ahead and replace the strut assembly and bring the vehicle back in and they would complete the rest of the alignment at no additional cost. We purchased and installed two new front strut assemblies and attempted to make an appointment to get the alignment completed today (exactly two weeks later) and were told we would have to be charged for the entire alignment again. Both my boyfriend and I tried to rectify this situation through the dealership's service department first. We both spoke with Brad, who said because they have to pay someone to setup the mirrors and basically do the entire alignment from the beginning again, we would have to pay for it a second time. I work in the automotive industry and know how to set up an alignment and have done them before... It's not that hard. The most time consuming aspect is setting up the mirrors, it's a bit tedious, but it still doesn't take that long. I would also expect for a dealership to back up their services especially when it has only been two weeks and we were promised it would be completed correctly. Again, as someone who works in customer service, I contacted them directly and tried to get this resolved before leaving a negative review. I'm very disappointed in their unwillingness to correct the problem and choosing to make a profit over taking care of their customer. This is the predominant reason why I don't recommend going to a dealership for services. Stick with a local shop or a chain who will at least stand behind their products and services! More
Poor dealership for an increasing poor manufacturer. These guys are clearly in place to make as much money as possible for the owners.
