Buyers beware My family and I have been looking for a 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite and decided to utilize our Costco membership to assist our purchase. After searching My family and I have been looking for a 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite and decided to utilize our Costco membership to assist our purchase. After searching the internet, we discovered this dealership honors the Costco Auto program. So my wife comtacted the Costco Auto Program utilizing the internet which sent her information to this dealership. Costco representative Christina Stork texted my wife requesting contact to schdeule an appointment. When my wife asked if the information could be sent via text and Christina advised they could not release any information without an in dealership meeting due to Costco's policy. A week went by and we made the decision that we could to drive an hour to visit the dealership. We wanted confirmation the vehicle was there. So we contacted Christina and we reached her voicemail. We tried her cell phone and again she did not answer. Christina text messaged back indicating she was out of the office. She advised to contact the dealership's sales department to confirm the vehilce was available. She also said would call back shortly. My wife then called a dealership and spoke to a sales representative and learned Christina was actually in her office. The sales representative advised the vehicle was not available, however they would be receiving one at the beginning of February. The sales representative offered to place us on the wishlist to be contacted when the vehicle became available. Christina later called and confirmed as soon as they receive the vehicle she would contact us. Days passed and we decided to follow up on the arrangement . We called Christina and left a voicemail. Christina texted the following day advising she'd call soon. However, the Internet Manager John Yager called instead to follow up. When asked about the vehicle, he said it was sold and no longer available. John explained he did not know what happened and it was possible someone else was on the list with us. John indicated he could attempt to get the vehicle for us from another dealership for a dealer trade of $200. This review was created to provide an example of terrible customer service. It's possible the Costco selling price was much lower than the price offered to the unknown customer. It's possible this dealership made a large profit with the unknown customer. However, if that's the case; why offer the Costco Auto program? It's evident the customer does not come first at this dealership. For the future, I will not buy from this dealership and plan on spreading my expierence with my friends and social media. Thank you. More

Rude Finance Lady I came to Honda North because it was right by my house and I needed a new car asap. I walked the lot for about 1 minute before a very friendly sales p I came to Honda North because it was right by my house and I needed a new car asap. I walked the lot for about 1 minute before a very friendly sales person approached me. I told him before I really look at any car I would like to see what I could afford so he set me up with Petra the finance lady. I am new to credit so my score isn't the best but I had my mom with me who was more than happy to co-sign with me. They had a used Mercedes for $21,000 (in my price range) on there lot that I was interested in. When I told Petra that was the car I was interested in she was unbelievably rude. She harassed me about my income saying "Do you make $80,000 a year?" I was very offended. She basically called me stupid for even thinking I could afford that car (which in reality I could). Then she takes us outside to view the lot and tries to sell me a used Acura for $19,990. Which confused me because the car I wanted was only $1,500 more than the Acura. I left the dealer very angry that she would talk to a customer like that, especially a customer that was qualified. I ended up buy a car at Mercedes-Benz of Fresno and could not be happier with my car and the service I received. Petra said she would do a follow up phone call with me which I was looking forward to so I could tell her how rude she was but she never called... Typical. Anyway I would defiantly never buy a car here even if my dream car was a Honda. More
