EXTREMELY disappointed by the service in this establishment. For a place that supposedly puts safety above everything this place does not do that. Went there in confidence that I would get a good deal. I thought I could trust them to take care of me. Ended up being the worst deal on a car I have ever gotten. Horrible Service Department We’re leasing a Honda Civic that has had electrical problems since about a 8 months into our 3 year lease. They have “fixed it” at least 6 different t We’re leasing a Honda Civic that has had electrical problems since about a 8 months into our 3 year lease. They have “fixed it” at least 6 different times. Last week, they tried to tell us that because the air filter was loose, WE NEEDED TO PAY for a new starter and a couple other parts to be replaced because obviously someone other than them had serviced the car, (not true)so the repair wouldn’t be covered. Mind you, this is the same problem that has been going on for a solid 2 years at this point. After much fighting, they said “as a courtesy” they would fix it, but told us we had to pay for our rental because they no longer had courtesy cars for customers, as of a year ago. (News to us, We’ve had that car in 3 times prior in the last year and got a courtesy car every time). They called less than 24 hours later and insisted we need to drop everything and come running up there get the car that was now fixed....again. My husband told them he couldn’t leave work early yet again and they would have to wait until the morning since he’s off on Saturdays. He also asked how they got the starter in and replaced it that fast, to which they replied “oh we decided that the starter didn’t need replaced, this will fix the issue. Interesting....During our previous argument where they were determined to make us pay for the repairs, a nice new expensive starter was on the list with about 4 other things that absolutely HAD to be done in order to fix the car. They fixed 1 thing on that list, the cheapest thing, but again insisted the car was fixed. Fast Forward 9 days, my husband just called me, stranded with my daughter in the parking lot of her Taekwondo school because his Car wont start. These people are crooks do not do business with them. More

Terrible experience I went in to have a recall fixed. The appointment took longer than what I was told. After repairing the recalled airbag, I was told my radiator was leaking. When I drove my car away, both of my turn signals were no longer working, but were fine when I dropped off the car. I had my usual mechanic look at the radiator and he found NOTHING WRONG. I am just livid!! More
