Donna was great. Not only does she have a great sense of humor, but she also made sure she communicated frequently. I was told by a local "Express Oil Change" location I had a transmission fluid "leak" and humor, but she also made sure she communicated frequently. Fortunately, there was no leak (and no charge to me for having your service dept. look over my car). I appreciate the good service and will be back. More
This is a "GREAT PLACE". I have been driving for over 50 years and this is the best place I have ever visited for service. I must say I enjoyed everyone that I dealt with. I visited Honda last Thursday 3-20 just to see the used Pilots you had on the lot. My husband had previously been speaking to Tarkus. I was not prepared to purchase that day, i wanted to make sure I liked Pilots you had on the lot. My husband had previously been speaking to Tarkus. I was not prepared to purchase that day, i wanted to make sure I liked that car, and was worried about my credit. I had already checked with 2 banks and the rate I was given was horrible. I just wanted to see the used cars. After viewing the used cars you had and not liking their mileage, Tarkus suggested I see the new Pilots. I drove one and really liked it but thought I could not afford the payments. I agreed to fill out the application and see what I could afford. Somehow Frank made it work out. Both employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did not come across as pushy or aggressive. Along with their help, the product sold itself. I love love love my new car. Thanks Honda for making it happen!!! More

I called in the middle of the afternoon and asked if I could get an oil change and check the fluids and pressure in my tires. This was actually for my mom's car, but that did not matter to them. As I waited, Glenn came in to see me and told me that once they got the car on the rack that they saw some uneven tire wear and if I wanted to address that. Each time I've come to have my car services, the service guys have been so friendly and considerate. They don't pressure you to do the extras, but will review what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. I've had great service from Honda Mall of Georgia, but unfortunately, they could not meet the price I got at another dealership. I will always drive a Honda. They are dependable and reliable. I'm on my third one now and bought one for my mother. The first one I drove to over 180K and had it for 8 years. The second one lasted twelve years with over 200K miles on it. I would still have that one had someone decided to rear-end me. Very little damage was visible to the car, but they said that the frame was bend. The other's guys car seemed to crumble. I had a problem with my seat belt light staying on since I got United Collision to do some body work on my car last September. It was brought to my attention that this could be dangerous if I didn't get it I got United Collision to do some body work on my car last September. It was brought to my attention that this could be dangerous if I didn't get it checked out. The problem had been a wiring issue where the air bag/seat belt system had been disconnected during my previous collision repair. Art said I should be able to seek reimbursement for my 1 hour of labor he had to charge me and that I should pursue United Collision for that reimbursement. He said he would be glad to talk to anyone to support this. I was glad he was able to resolve this and grateful that he would stand by me if I needed his help in getting reimbursed for United Collision's error. More
