We had purchased the car here in September, 2015 and this was a scheduled oi My wife took her 2015 CRV for oil change today at Honda Mall of Georgia. We had purchased the car here in September, 2015 and this was a scheduled oil change. We had heard some noise in the rear end and I thought it might be a problem with the differential or a wheel bearing. Service writer indicated that we should have had the oil changed in the differential at 5,000 miles (Car has 19K+) and that someone should have told us this as they use a "break-in" oil from the factory ( I have heard of break-in oil for engines but not differentials.)....the cost was $71 to change. So Idid some checking before authorization. Called Curry Honda Service and Gwinnett Honda service and they had never heard of that. Indicated a service code would come up if needed to be changed..no such thing as a break in oil either as they would have replaced it with the same Honda Diff fluid. I asked the dealer for the Honda link that recommends this change. They could not supply. So bottom line they were recommending something to my wife that was not required. This car is still under warranty, maybe there is incentive to recommend service outside of warranty for commission or points...not clear...but my trust is not here anymore. The service manager did call but not a very good explanation. More

Fantastic Customer Service Chris Lee was our salesman and was a huge help in finding the car that we wanted at a price we could afford. The woman who worked in the finance depar Chris Lee was our salesman and was a huge help in finding the car that we wanted at a price we could afford. The woman who worked in the finance department (went back and checked her - Hyun Lee) was understanding of our financial situation and helped us make sure we could actually pay for the car. Chris even drove home our old car that had no functioning AC in Georgia heat! Great experience all in all. More
WARNING!..SALES GUY NAME "RICH" IS THE WORST! FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO SAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SALES GUY "RICH"..HE IS THAT FAST TALKING SALES PERSON EVERYONE HATES!. HE WAS NICE WHEN I FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO SAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SALES GUY "RICH"..HE IS THAT FAST TALKING SALES PERSON EVERYONE HATES!. HE WAS NICE WHEN I WALKED IN AND THRU OUT THE SALE AND BASICALLY FAST TALKED ME AND BEGGED ME TO NOT MOVE BY OFFERING ME MORE MONEY FOR MY TRADE..WHICH IS WHY I AGREED TO NOT MOVE CAUSE I DID WANT TO LEAVE AT ONEPOINT..BUT THE OFFER FOR MY TRADE IS WHAT KEPT ME AND I LOVED THE HONDA I WAS LOOKING AT, RICH SAID IT DIDNT HAVE NAVI BUT WHEN I LOOKED AGAIN IT HAD NAVI, HEATED FRONT SEATS, FULLY LOADED, AND RICH HAD NO IDEA THE CAR HAD ALL OF THAT ALL HE KNEW WAS THE PRICE AND THAT HE WANTED TO SELL ME, REALLY UNKNOWLEDGABLE SALES GUY NAMED "RICH" smh!..SO AFTER HE SOLD ME THE CAR..I CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE FLOOR MAT WAS MISSING, BRAKES STARTED MAKING NOISE, AND THEN I DISCOVERED THAT MY TAIL LIGHT PLASTIC COVER HAD A HOLE IN IT WHICH OVERTIME WOULD CAUSE FOG..THE HOLE WAS NOT EVEN NOTICEABLE BUT VERY MUCH BIG ENOUGH TO CAUSE FOG LATER ON .SO I TOLD RICH ABOUT THE BROKEN PLASTIC AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO TRY AND BLAME ME FOR IT IN A JOKINLY MANNER AND SAID THAT THEY WE PROBABLY CHARGE ME FOR IT...IM LIKE WHATT??????. I JUST BOUGHT THE CAR YALL SHOULD TAKE OF IT..I LITERALLY WENT OFF ON RICH WHEN HE TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR THAT CRAP ..I TOLD HIM I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY, HE KEPT ON BLAMING ME, I COMPLETELY LOST IT WITH HIM THEN HE WAS SAYING IM JUST TRYING TO HELP...HELP? HELP ME BY BLAMING ME AND TRYING TO CHARGE ME, SO HE HAD TO GET HIS MANAGER, HIS MANAGER INSTANTLY APOLOGIZED AND SAID HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT TO NOT WORRY, I GUESS RICH THOUGHT I WAS HIS FRIEND AND THAT HE CAN TALK TO ME ANY KINDA WAY..HE DEFINITELY WAS MISTAKEN, SO THE MANAGER SAID TO COME BACK NEXT WED TO SERVICE AND THEY WILL FIX, CAME BACK WED AND NO ONE ORDERED THE PART SO SERVICE GUY HAD TO ORDER PART AND I HAD TO RESCHEDULE ONCE AGAIN, SUCH A WAIST OF MY TIME, SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME, I DON'T KNOW WHATS REALLY GOING ON?????? Typical Used-Car Lot I was expecting a lot more from Honda Mall of Georgia, but what I got was a big dealership using typical used-car lot sales tactics. When I purchase a vehicle for a good amount of money I shouldn’t have to fight continuous lies from the salesman. Caution: this dealer likes to try to slip in the Dealer Admin Fee above the advertised price which is illegal in Georgia. Advertised pricing includes all taxable fees, etc. Dealer Admin Fee is high – but consistent with all the other dealers in this area. First offered price included the Fee (over advertised), then I asked him to get me a second key (why sell a vehicle for this much without a second key and transmitter???) he bawked and not until I was persistent did he go to his manager “for permission” to reduce the price by $150 (fair – dealer will charge $80 for key and fob and $40 for programming). When I asked why the Dealer Admin Fee was still on he said that since they reduced the price for the key they could now charge the huge fee – BS. I was tired of arguing and my wife wanted this vehicle, so I told them to go with the advertised price without the fee. They still charged a small dealer fee for tags. Based on my experience – the lies, attempt to charge fees above advertised, and me ending up without a second key – I would never recommend this dealership. More

Service center recommended service that was not required. We have used this dealership to service our 2014 CRV with some nice oil change coupons,but this last time I was told that a transmission fluid replace We have used this dealership to service our 2014 CRV with some nice oil change coupons,but this last time I was told that a transmission fluid replacement ( $95) was recommended by Honda at 30,000 miles. Taken by surprise, and not wanting to miss a service item, I agreed . When I got back home and looked it up, Honda recommends a transmission change at 30,000 miles if the car is constantly being towed!!! When I email the service manager, I received only a call from the sales department wanting to sell me another car!!! More
