Perfect car buying experience! Was referred to Honda Mall of Georgia by a friend who had a great car buying experience there. Had pretty much narrowed down our selection to a Honda Was referred to Honda Mall of Georgia by a friend who had a great car buying experience there. Had pretty much narrowed down our selection to a Honda Odyssey EX-L and General Manager, Craig Holland, worked with us and gave us an amazing deal on both the Odyssey and our trade in! Best of all, he had the car delivered to us at home in Decatur and our trade in picked up. Talk about service! Bryce delivered the car to us on a Saturday morning and brought all the paperwork. He took the time to answer all our questions and go over everything we needed to know. Instead of having our kids running wild at the dealership, we closed the deal in the comfort of our home, totally hassle free! Makes me want to buy another car! 6000 car didn't last us 6 weeks. Just want to warn anyone shopping for a used car to avoid Honda Mall of Georgia at all costs! We bought a used car from these people for $6000 and Just want to warn anyone shopping for a used car to avoid Honda Mall of Georgia at all costs! We bought a used car from these people for $6000 and it didn't even last a month before overheating to the point it blew a head gasket and needs a new engine. Their solution was to offer $2000 trade in value on the car and tell me it was my fault for trusting in buying a used car from them. So if you're looking to rent a car for a month for $6000, look no further! Feel free to contact me in regards to my review, I am happy to provide receipt of purchase for the car, date stamped videos of the car having issues within a week, receipts for the $500 radiator, hose and thermostat replacement that we had done to try to salvage it and now, lucky us, we will soon have receipts to show for the $1400 head gasket and $1200 engine replacement. Feel free to talk to Brad Bryant if you are looking for someone to sell a junk car to though, he told me himself that he wouldn't be upset if someone did this to his family. Kept saying if problems had arisen in the first 30 days they would have done something but when I offered proof that issues HAD begun before then, changed his story. So, in short, you'd have equal odds buying a car off the side of the road and from Honda Mall of Georgia, but at least off the side of the road you'll save some money! More
Car Buying Experience I have had an extremely disappointing experience in dealing with the dealership. From the start they made me come multiple times to finalize the deal on the car. They kept changing the lease offer every time they called me to the dealership. Whenever I got the call from them to come to the dealership I used to confirm the lease payment offer before I leave as the dealership was 35 miles away from my home and still when I reached there they would come up with new numbers. One instance they called me and said everything was final… your lease is approved and you can come and pickup the car today. When I reached there ..they said we cannot give me you the car today … we have conditional approval . I travelled 70 miles up and down in Uber for nothing.( They could have communicated that on phone) After the whole process was over and when I finally got the car after few days I found out that they gave me the wrong car (different VIN than what they did the paper work on). I was asked to come back and return the car and take another one. I thought this would be the last but It didn’t get over .. I didn’t receive my number plate. When I called “Craig Holland” (General Manager) for assistance he assured everything was done from the dealership and it would be good idea to see the tag office. When I went to the tag office I found out the dealership forgot to put my apartment number on the address. And when I sent an email again to Honda Mall of Georgia nobody bothered to even response. The dealership has made the car buying experience a nightmare for me. More

Service recommended but not needed My wife took her 2015 CRV for oil change today at Honda Mall of Georgia. We had purchased the car here in September, 2015 and this was a scheduled oi My wife took her 2015 CRV for oil change today at Honda Mall of Georgia. We had purchased the car here in September, 2015 and this was a scheduled oil change. We had heard some noise in the rear end and I thought it might be a problem with the differential or a wheel bearing. Service writer indicated that we should have had the oil changed in the differential at 5,000 miles (Car has 19K+) and that someone should have told us this as they use a "break-in" oil from the factory ( I have heard of break-in oil for engines but not differentials.)....the cost was $71 to change. So Idid some checking before authorization. Called Curry Honda Service and Gwinnett Honda service and they had never heard of that. Indicated a service code would come up if needed to be changed..no such thing as a break in oil either as they would have replaced it with the same Honda Diff fluid. I asked the dealer for the Honda link that recommends this change. They could not supply. So bottom line they were recommending something to my wife that was not required. This car is still under warranty, maybe there is incentive to recommend service outside of warranty for commission or points...not clear...but my trust is not here anymore. The service manager did call but not a very good explanation. More
