We bought a 2016 Honda Pilot in Feb 24 with 80,000 miles on it. The dealership said the car was certified by Honda under the Honda True program and then offered a limited mileage warranty with that certific on it. On Friday three months after purchase the Transmission blew up and we are 1000 miles outside that mileage warranty and now faced with paying 8k for a new transmission. More

3 hour wait time dispite 1pm appointment time confirmation 3 times. They were Rude, short, and felt they had the upper hand. We simply did not have the time to wait 3 hours for a 30 minute serv confirmation 3 times. They were Rude, short, and felt they had the upper hand.
