First time buying a car from a dealership and had a great first time experience. I had an old 03 Subaru WRX but since I was driving to Cali I wanted something reliable. I didn’t go in with the expectation of first time experience. I had an old 03 Subaru WRX but since I was driving to Cali I wanted something reliable. I didn’t go in with the expectation of finding anything and I was okay with that. I told the dealer I just wanted something within my budget, apple car play, and comfortable for my long drive. Showed me what was available and answered all my questions with papers to back it up. Ended up leaving with a 2020 civic with 31k miles. Only thing I would say is that there was trash and sticky residue and bits of what appeared to be bacon in the middle console that I realized was there when I brought the car home. Overall I was pleased with my experience. More
