Honda Libertyville - Service Center

Just went for service this morning. I asked for my fog light to be check in addition. I was told when I checked in they will look into it and will tell me how much however no one came t I asked for my fog light to be check in addition. I was told when I checked in they will look into it and will tell me how much however no one came to see me till after a different person told me that my car is ready. I asked if they checked the fog light as well and I was told “yes and it’s done”. I asked again “you guys checked the fog light?” And he said “yes and it’s done”. I got home and checked and the fog light was not working and it didn’t get touch. “Poor service!” “Poor communication” I don’t know why I keep going back to them this isn’t the first or the 2nd…. The service has been good and informative. The waiting room/area could be updated and more customer friendly. Coffee is free but nothing else and I cannot drink coffee. I scheduled a routine oil change. They got me right in on time and out in less than an hour. They checked a few other items but didn't try to sell me any other services. Service person was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable. Needed an oil change, oil filter change, air filter change along with heppa filter, rotation of tires, fix brakes that were making the knowledgeable.
