I went in for a routine service visit, asking for an oil change and tire rotation. When the car was ready, I noticed on the invoice that the tire rotation had not been done. His answer.. it wasn't necessary.. the tires had plenty of tread and were wearing evenly. At a time when car dealers are more dependent than ever for their service departments to pick up the slack from the lack of new and used car sales, I was extremely appreciative and impressed by the honesty in not doing unnecessary work just to generate extra income. Pauly has never let me down and their ethical standards are *****. More
