Andres is an outstanding sales man who is very knowledgeable of his product and demonstrates the features honda has to offer very clearly and certainly. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the features in the CRV, I give him a good rating but he in part contributed to the end-to-end process being slow… The car buying experience overall was average, spent a CRV, I give him a good rating but he in part contributed to the end-to-end process being slow… The car buying experience overall was average, spent a lot of time watching people come to the desk and leave, walking back and forth many times, disappearing for a while then reappearing. Waited over a hour sitting around waiting for the finance guy. Seemed the communication between employees could be improved. And the refusal to move much off the sticker was frustrating, but I get that is how dealers maintain margin. The low ball on my trade in was unfortunate… I again understand a dealer is trying to extract as much margin as possible but that was a rude offer. Happy with my car, not entirely happy with the price, and the overall experience needs work. More

Our experience there was one that gives us hope that it is possible to enjoy the car shopping experience, even when its something you might dread going through. We came home with a new car, and a new car dealership, that we feel we can trust. Fareed and Danny made us feel like family. We didnt know that was possible in the high stakes new car world we generally try to avoid. I can't thank them enough for the whole process. My wife and I will definitely drive the hour and a half when it comes time to buy another one. The smile on my wifes face will be there for quite a while. Thank you for the whole experience. More

I would go anywhere else to buy my next vehicle. I spent almost five hours waiting around at Honda of Libertyville this past week, to buy an almost new car in cash, only to find as the plates were I spent almost five hours waiting around at Honda of Libertyville this past week, to buy an almost new car in cash, only to find as the plates were being put on, that it was missing one of the keys. The salesman assured me he’d call the previous owner - no problem. I got home, and it’s also missing the owner’s manual. The car had been on a lease, with a local owner who simply said he no longer had the key. They’ll make it right, right? The response from one of the Sales Managers? “If you’d had the car certified, we’d get you another key”, and “It’s not a safety issue. It’s not like he can find your car.” Ask yourself - how many strangers potentially have a key to your car? I didn’t need to pay even more to have it certified. However, how much does someone have to pay for service - like being provided two keys when you buy a car - at this dealership? I hear we’ll be mailed the missing owner’s manual though. Fingers crossed. More
