Took my Honda Pilot with 80K miles in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They sent me a text message suggesting 6 additional services, most of which were for a vehicle with 100K mikes. If I ha change and tire rotation. They sent me a text message suggesting 6 additional services, most of which were for a vehicle with 100K mikes. If I had agreed it would have totaled $3,500. Luckily I’m not as dumb as they thought I was and refused the service. They also charge 3% extra if you use a credit card. I used Pauly Honda for years, the new owners will not be seeing me anymore. They have not been refunding a cancelled service contract which they included into sale in the last minute in a tricky way. Don’t ever buy anything from this dealership. We bought 4 cars from them and when they were recently sold, the new owner would not honor our free service coupons we had from Pauly. Awful to deal with. Not like the old Pauly Honda. Pieter in sales is full of bulk. Wouldn’t let me drive the car on my own. Bragged about selling 24 cars last month. TH Not like the old Pauly Honda. Pieter in sales is full of bulk. Wouldn’t let me drive the car on my own. Bragged about selling 24 cars last month. THEY DON’r HAVE 24 CARS IN INVENTORY TO SELL. Do not pay over invoice. They negotiated a deal with me for invoice but when another customer came in they sold it for over invoice. Horrible customer service. More
Worked with Jay in service. Easy to work with. Pointed out current & future service needs. Kept me informed as worked progressed. Will return when service needed again Easy to work with. What a different experience between the Pauly ownership (A++) and the Murgado Auto Group (F-). I've been using Pauly for more than 10 years. Took car in for service ($400+ bill) and when i went to pick u (A++) and the Murgado Auto Group (F-). I've been using Pauly for more than 10 years. Took car in for service ($400+ bill) and when i went to pick up the car, I was told there is a 3.5% charge for using a credit card!!! That was an additional $15 tacked onto the bill. I was never told of this policy change, although there is a small 2x3" sign on the counter. This should be on the huge TVs where they outline their mission statement! No one took responsibility for not sharing the policy change. Early warning would've been appreciated! I asked to speak to a manager to get the charge over-ridden and Bill the Service Manager was going to lunch and too busy to talk to a bill paying customer. He would call me later. That response is unacceptable and certainly doesn't support the Murgado Mission Statement plastered all over the dealership. The change in customer policies and overall service was very disappointing and the only response was to blame the new owners. Wrong on so many levels. Next time I will go somewhere else! More
Took car in for oil change on 1/11, helped by Jay, who was exceptional. Have no complaints with who I have been helped with anytime I’ve gone in for service. They have been attentive, helpful & pleasant. was exceptional. Have no complaints with who I have been helped with anytime I’ve gone in for service. They have been attentive, helpful & pleasant. I had been a loyal customer here for about 20 years, taking my Hondas into the service shop and purchasing cars. Since they have changed ownership, the quality of service has changed dramatically. I bro taking my Hondas into the service shop and purchasing cars. Since they have changed ownership, the quality of service has changed dramatically. I brought my car in for service because of noise the car has been making. They found the problem and called to let me know what it was and the cost. No problem, I told them to go ahead with the repair. They said it would be ready by the end of day. An hour later they call and say the car needs to stay overnight. They ensure me my car would be ready when they open at 630 am. I told them if it would not be, that was fine and I would figure something else out. They again insisted it would be ready. I go to pick up my car and not only is it not ready, they lost the paperwork for the car. They finally find it. Literally right in front of them. They tell me everything is fine. Meanwhile I can see my car on the lift with no wheels. Absolutley not ready to go at 630. They hand me the paperwork, I flip it over and there are notes for additonal repairs needed. When I ask about them, no one can speak to them or why I wasn't called to see if I wanted to fix the repairs, which I would. At this point, I'm still waiting on my car and it is now 7 am. I share my concern with the service man and he basically says he doesn't know why I didn't get a call etc. Thank God Julie is still there because she is the only compotent one. She steps in and says let's find the guy who did the work. She finds him. I ask about his notes, one of which he takes back and says isn't in need of repair anymore. This was a 215 dollar repair add on. Which all of a sudden isn't needed? Then when I ask if the other repair of note needed is dangerous, he doesn't even know. What? The service man said he wanted to "make it right " but offered no solution . I legt after waiting iver half an hour for my car and it wasnt even repaired to the needs i had brought it for. How can I have confidence in a dealership service department that doesn't seem to have any organization, can not keep its word, doesn't stand by their work, and also has raised their prices by the way. This place will never revieve my business again for service or for sales. New owners get it together! Guarantee I'm not the only customer you lose. More
