The service department headed by Dan and Julie as an associate are the reasons I keep coming back to Pauly. I was treated very poorly by a couple associates in the service department and at that time said I would NEVER buy another car from Pauly!. When I was introduced to Dan (the service head) my entire attitude changed. He is the sole reason I continue to come to Pauly now!!!!!!!!! Dan treats customers very well and goes out of his way to help his customers. He is very fair and goes above and beyond what he would have to!!! Pauly is lucky to have him!!! More

This dealership performed an oil change on my new Honda and failed to put the oil cap back on. I was on the interstate when I smelled burning oil and realized what happened. We put a $500 deposit down on a new Honda. We were given a contract giving us $9500 for our trade-in. We were very happy with the sales person and the purchase price. The Honda would now cost $4000 more than we were quoted even though the price with the trade-in was written in the contract. They were not willing to honor the original price we were quoted. We even agreed to meet them 1/2 way. They offered us a discount on the extended warrenty and a couple of free oil changes, but that was it. Needless to say, we were not happy. We went home with our old car. They made the "mistake." They should have honored the quote. More

I got more for my trade in of an old Ford Explorer than I thought I would get. I would recommend Pauly Honda and Ricky to anyone who wants to buy a car. More
