Pilot Accessory I ordered a Pilot bicycle rack for the trailer hitch receiver. The service rep worked hard to find a competitive price. While she said they would call when the part arrived, a week later I stopped in an lo and behold the part had been there for several days. Once we got past that, installation was quick. Priced as promised. Car was washed (Even for a small job like this one.). Out the door a 98% happy customer. More
