Tim Ferguson oversaw my repairs and did an OUTSTANDING job in communicating the process with me. He was clear, prompt, professional, and courteous. Great customer service! I had not used Pauly to service my car before (even though I had purchased it there), but will definitely consider doing so in the future. Thanks, Tim, for all your help and support in getting my alternator replaced so quickly and professionally. He even found a coupon for me to use! More

Took care of me until the issue was resolved My car was making noises when it started. They replaced the starter, but the next day the noise was still there. When I called in, Mike re-assessed th My car was making noises when it started. They replaced the starter, but the next day the noise was still there. When I called in, Mike re-assessed the problem and told me to bring it back. Julie was also amazing. They fixed the problem, figured out it was still in warranty, credited me for the unnecessary starter and called to make sure all was okay a few days later, I will continue to take my car here for all service.
