I dont know where to star!!! Found this s2000 on their website (priced at 12.900) liked the car so i emailed them i believe it was Saturday afternoon and said that ill be there Monday to look at the car a website (priced at 12.900) liked the car so i emailed them i believe it was Saturday afternoon and said that ill be there Monday to look at the car and test drive it..... As i said went there Monday (drove from Niles 45 minutes drive) looked at the car and wanted to test drive it, a guy named Oscar was helping me and told me that i can't test drive the car because i am not a qualified buyer and the insurance wouldn't cover me!!! ( a gentleman walked in right as i was looking at the car and said he was interested and the salesman asked him to give him a minute to get the keys) So i left and looked at other cars(different places).... 3 Days later i recieved a call from a lady named "jessica Rivera" sales manager and asked me if im still interested on the car, i explained to her what happened and she told me that what the salesman had told me was not true and if i give them an other chance they would help me out. So i did and maid an other appointment with an other sales manager "Johnathan Mendez" for the upcoming Monday.... Drove there again (an other 45 minutes drive) just to find out that Johnathan wasn't there but they told me that a new guy name "Ricky Perez" is going to help me out and take the car for a test drive... (Ricky is the only helpfull guy, great person and actually tried helping me) we took the car out testdrove it evrything looked good!! we went inside to find out that the car now costs 13,985 and they said that they had made a mistake on the previous price.... whatever i wanted the car told them that i wanna apply for a finance and so we did and i was told that with the co signer that i had i would be accepted!!! so i put a deposit on the car $500 cash!!! went home couples of hours later we send my co singers info and i was waiting for the morning after to tell me that i can go get my car!!! i recieved a txt and i was told that the co signer has great credit but not strong enough to carry me... and to give them couple more hours to work on it, so i did... txted them and they asked me if i could raise the downpayment so i did by an other 500$.... waited about two hours and then i got a txt saying that the bank came back with an answer(after the managers interaction with them )... and that they didnt need my co signer but they needed 3,500$ as downpayment!!! so i got mad and i said no.... now remember i still had the deposit there so the car should still be under "sale pending" So i went there this morning(an other 45 minute drive) with the money that they asked me to get the car but i was told that the car was sold!!! (never got a call or anything about it) then tried getting my 500$ cash deposit that i gave them and i was told that they dont have cash on them and they need to send me a check home and it will take about a week ( A Honda City dealer with over 200 cars for sale didnt have 500$ somewhere? seriously) So i went home with no car no cash after spending almost 100$ on gas getting there 3 times!!! Ricky is a new sales man there and was the only one helping me... if you go there ask for him but i dont recomended!! everyone else dont know how to do their jobs in there!!! i would never go back for no reason... This was my 2nd time buying a used car from hondacity. The ony reason why i went back was because i thought i had to since i was still paying on my car note. If i knew i could trade my car in anywhere hon The ony reason why i went back was because i thought i had to since i was still paying on my car note. If i knew i could trade my car in anywhere hondacity wouldnt have been on my list if it was the last car lot left on earth. sales made good on their word to pay my old car off and to have my brakes and rotors done at their expense but service made like they were doin their job but in the end were only givin me the the run around about what was actually wrong with my car. Ive been at the dealer so many times one would think i worked there. they sale cars knowing a crap load of things are wrong with them but never disclose any of the problems until you come in with complaints and at that point they are only disclosed one at a time until your car has issues again. i was hearing a noise and service automatically assumed it was my brakes since they knew they hadn't passed the inspection when i brought the car but no one actually test drove the car to hear the noise i was talkin about until weeks later. when they heard the talk of noise off the bat they kept stating the brakes and rotors would fix it so they did them and the noise was still there. i went back and they said it was from the entire front suspension being bad so i got that fixed with my warranty and was told my car would be checked to make sure nothing else is wrong. the noise was still there i went back and was told it was the back brakes so i got them done on my own and the noise was stiil there. i had my uncle look at it and he found it to be the axles or rear gear box. the noise was coming from the rear so i feel honda citys' so called certified mechanics should have used common sense and checked all the possibilities it could have been from the back instead of sending me on blank missions and guessing what the problem was instead of actually fully inspecting my car. i called them like i did everything and the noise is still there and service is like the best i can tell you is to go to the dealer because we dont know that much about your car. ifs thats the case they should have sent me to the dealer from the start. to top it off i dont konw what happened with the previous owners but i was cleaning my car and noticed the carpet on my passenger side is gone like a shaved cat and there's a hole somewhere because oil or something is soaking in my carpet? With my 1st car from them i went through the same exact thing but it was different sales reps and service people i dealt which. i got the car and it seemed fine but deep down i feel hondacity knew the cars' many issues but chose not to say anything, i too was there so many times i could have been working there. i dont think anything was fixed on that car since it was made because i put so much money into it out of my pocket rack and pinion, brakes front and back, rotors, wheel bearings, steering wheel column because it was discontinued and mnay more parts. i got a oil change and was given a new list of issues which is why i decided to trade it in stead of putting enough money into it to make the car brand new. its sad that a company that's supposed to be so big and trustworthy will brush under the rug the fact that they sold a crappy car with a gang of issues to a unsuspecting innocent person just to make a sale. if anything they should be trying to sale their cars in the best possible condition to ensure a good reputation and loyal customers. or at least lay in all on the table and let you know whats wrong with the car instead of you finding out once your car is broken down on the side of the road somewhere. when i got my paperwork i noticed the price was 2000dollars higher than what was originally stated so i asked and was told it was taxes or something come to find out it was for the warranty that i was told came with the car, they never said i had to pay 2000 dollars for a warranty i thought it was free they never asked me anything about it. when i called them out on it one of the reps was like well you sholud want a warranty, that wasnt the point they made like it was included but in the end its 2grand. i don feel they give off a freindly vibe and their customer service isnt all that great because they tend to their needs instead of yours. they kept trying to throw me in any car despite me telling them i didn't want the car s they were offering. instead of me being in a rush to get rid of my 1st car before it completely fell apart that i should have done enough investigating that way i would have learned i can trade it in any where and could have been in a way nicer newer car for about the same as the overpriced pieces of crap honda city sales. When the My car alternator and battery failed in the vicinity of this dealership. Although I had never done business here Rufus was very helpful. When the problem was diagnosed he advised me that they would need to keep the car overnight. He then provided a loaner car to get me home at no charge. My sales process was pretty good, but the after dealings are terrible. First problem day after taken home my 07 Odyssey. Entertainment system didn't work. Contacted the sales person (internet sales manager) are terrible. First problem day after taken home my 07 Odyssey. Entertainment system didn't work. Contacted the sales person (internet sales manager) after multiple phone calls, and emails he told me to call the entertainment system guy Christopher. Why should I call was my first thought but I did. Christopher after two calls called me back. He said this is a factory item, I'm an aftermarket guy what do you want me to do!!! I called the sales person back again no return call. Drove to the dealership, and explained my frustration, and JC took care of it. Problem #2 the a/c has never been up to par, I thought it was just because it was a van then yesterday with the a/c on foul burning smelling fumes came inside of the van. This morning I took the van in to service explained the situation, and after three hours they gave me a loaner and said it would be fixed tomorrow. I just got a call 10 hours later telling me this repair would be at my cost, and I said no this car was supposed to be certified according to the sales person who also showed me the carmax report. Service said I could talk to the used car manager Arsani. I called Arsani explained the situation, and told him this is unacceptable. I just purchased this van for $17,000. He said wait till your extended warranty kicks in, in 30days!!! He couldn't help me. I told him the a/c clutch didn't just ruin the compressor overnight. He again said wait till your extended warranty kicks in, I remember the a/c being cold when I was in it. I told him I will bring the van back, and leave with him. I called Honda to complain so we'll see where this gets me. More

I found a vehicle online that I was very interested in purchasing from out of state. After requesting a service history, the dealership sent me a report indicating that there was a problem with the elect purchasing from out of state. After requesting a service history, the dealership sent me a report indicating that there was a problem with the electrical system. We inquired further and was told that the car was in perfect running order and there was not a problem with the electrical system. After asking more questions, another sales associate indicated that the check engine light was on which is what initiated the diagnostic. This is contrary to what we were told by the first person. We requested permission to speak with the company that performed the original diagnostic on the system and stated that the condition "Requires Immediate Attention." We were told we would be given this information by the end of the day or first thing the next morning. I sent an email to our primary contact indicating that we had been lied to about the car but were still interested and had not yet received the additional information we ware promised. An hour later, after not hearing back from our primary contact, I called and was told they had sold the car. I spent a substantial amount of time trying to sort through the assortment of miss information we were told, tried multiple times and multiple ways to close the deal and they sold the car without giving me the courtesy of a phone call. This entire process took place over less than 48 hours. They demonstrated a shocking lack of courtesy and professionalism and at least one of them lied about the condition of the vehicle. More
