Called Honda Cars of Rockwall on Dec 22nd, set up an appointment on Dec 28th to fix a recall notice on my Civic. I arrive to my appointment and they informed me it would be about 2 hours. A little after two hours they came and told me they didn't have the part needed for my recall notice. I am not sure why they didn't let me know before I arrived that they didn't have the needed part. Or why did it take 2 hours to let me know once I got there. They could have at least washed the car lol. Poor customer service. And I have bought 6 cars from them. More
Typical manipulation of your time, "Gotta check with the manager etc" 3hrs later... Car wasn't ready when they said it would be, 1 week later... Car still wasn't ready, told us 10 min, 1 hr later... Had my own finance, called me every day for a week at work hounding me about finishing up payment. THEY STILL HAD THE CAR! IT WASN'T FIXED YET!! Additionally, I had left a significant down payment on the car (thousands). I am here still 2 weeks later while they finish the car. After all this will only give me 1 key for the car. Said I have to pay for the extra key. Buy a Honda, by all means, but NOT from these people!!! More

Please DON’T EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! You will REGRET it and be highly upset. You then will be even more pissed off when you go to trade in the car the next day only to realize you were over charged by $ it and be highly upset. You then will be even more pissed off when you go to trade in the car the next day only to realize you were over charged by $5k on the sale of your car. They take your window sticker and conveniently lose it so you don’t know that you are paying $5k over. The Window sticker is ONLY to be removed by the consumer!!! Sales manager Wade Skurlock will then try to get you to sell him the car back for an ADDITIONAL $5k loss. This dealership MANIPULATES customers into purchasing cars from them only to SCAM THEM in the end. MISLEADING the customer into thinking they are getting a particular car only to drive several hours to find out they LIED the entire time. My unprofessional sales CHILD Jaclyn Kresta and Sales Manager Wade Skurlock made my experience by far the worst car purchase for me. Wade is not a man of his word! I was driving several hours to give repeat business to the dealership because my 2018 experience went well BUT clearly the dealership has gone down the toilet and shouldn’t be allowed to operate any longer. I now know I can no longer trust HONDA OF ROCKWALL for future car purchases. Based on Honda of Rockwall’s reviews all over the internet it’s clear to me that unfortunately many other customers feel the same way. Why hasn’t Honda Corporate just shut this dealership down????? The Better Business Bureau has a laundry list of complaints specifically for this dealership. I didn’t know I was getting the worst rated sales team at this dealership. I hope someone else doesn’t make the same mistake I did and buy from them. All good things must come to an end and clearly this dealership is no longer a credible establishment to do business with. Please don’t give up on Honda but learn from my mistake and shop everywhere except Honda of Rockwall. They are an absolute DISGRACE to the Honda name and shouldn’t be allowed to continue with operations. More

I gave my story prior to making this appt and they We’re all defensive about it couldn’t be their fault... and BOILS WAS RUDE AND Walked off... demanding I NOT POINT AT HIM( no doubt mental issues.... to walk off from a customer ) they all were in on it and they dug their feet in that This would be $800.00z.... I opted to leave because Boli is the most unprofessional tech at the dealership I was going to look at the new Honda’s and have saved money to pay cash for what ever I want...... I WILL NOT BE DOING-ANY BUSINESS WITH Rockwall Honda .....they pre decide what they will do and are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! Boils would be fired if I had my way!!!!! On my way home I spotted a Subaru Dealership and will Subaru dealership spend my hard earned cash with them Honda service department can gang up and stick together with some one else I won’t enter their establishment Ever again!!!!! This dealership is everything that stereotypical car dealerships are. The sales person, Jaquelyn, was very proud to tell me that my certified pre-owned 2020 Honda Odyssey had just had new tires put on. dealerships are. I got a phone call a couple days later that there was an open recall on my van and I had to take it to a dealership to get it taken care of. Fast forward to last week, I got a nail in my tire. Took it to discount tire and was told all of the tires needed replacing. They all had minimal tread. I had all four tires replaced and called the dealership. I asked the person who answered the phone if their certified pre owned cars come with new tires. He said yes and transferred me to Jaquelyn, where I left voicemails. I left message after message trying to get anybody to answer me. I finally got a hold of Jaquelyn today and the answer I got was, "I was mistaken. I was new and clearly didn't know what was going on. We don't put new tires on, they just have to pass inspection." I told her another sales person told me the same thing she did and she said, "Huh, that's weird." More
They never answer the phone. Your car is held hostage there. They say they will call with updates. But they don’t. Don’t bother leaving a message. They won’t return it. The phone tree is a joke.
