Typical scummy dealership. Serepticiously included 5k of dealer markup on top line price of vehicle. Approximatly 3k of dealer add-ons included on a vehicle in transit. This will be my first and last time buying anything from this dealership. It was the typical sales tactics, "let me talk to my finance manager" I am sure we can beat your pre-approved financing. Car price come back with dealer costs, plus perma coat and low jack things that most people don't want. Get past that added costs and get to financing where the quoted rate was 1.66% more than discussed. Asked Justin about this and he had a flippant response. I was ready to walk away from the deal. Now, I get my actual loan paperwork and the financing is .22 more than listed on the paperwork I signed, and not Capital One but Driveway Finance. If you purchase from this dealership, please be careful and read the reviews. More

We agreed in principle to a fair monthly payment and Art handed the deal off to Louis Hollman in finance and we scored on a 3 year lease far below industry average. A few days after the service I noticed that they did not do the tire rotation. The reason I knew this is because I recently had new tires put on the back and they were still there. The day I took my car into be serviced I waited almost 2-hours. When I called the dealer to tell them that they charged me for a service they didn't do, the lady asked me if I would like to schedule an appointment and bring it back. I asked her how long it would take and she said that I would just have to schedule an appointment. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE A SERVICE AND YOU CAN'T MAKE IT A PRIORITY TO FIX IT. NEVER AGAIN!!! More
I would like to make a complaint on two rude and disrespectful representatives from driveway and I have not heard back. I also am requesting a reimbursement due to the situation I was put in due to the massive incompetence I experienced when it took 3 months to get the car registered that I purchased from lithia motors for almost $55,000,00. Driveway blamed it on HONDA OF ROCKWALL for messing up the DMV paperwork 3 times. And claimed HONDA OF ROCKWALL WAS UNRESPONSIVE. I incurred a civil penalty at dmv due to this, I’ve taken days off of work to sort this out and I’ve had to borrow vehicles from family members due to whoever is in charge of making sure that a purchased vehicles plates get transferred. I have been mistreated and disrespected. For having spent this much money I would expect that I would’ve been treated better by your company and I intend on writing a bad review on every single website I can find . At katelyns request I also explained my issue and sent my car payment statement to her email. I am requesting that someone call me because I would like to avoid retaining legal representation regarding this matter. This is a horrible company and buyer beware, due to lack of response from anyone I will be posting a horrible review on every website I can find. DO NOT BUY FROM LITHIA MOTORS OR DRIVEWAY OR HONDA OF ROCKWALL. The service was horrible, I was treated horribly. Not the experience you would expect when purchasing an expensive vehicle(AUDI S6). I'm not please with the Honda. I expected more from the Accord. The car is a 2014 and doesn't have 70 miles on it. Too much has gone wrong with the vehicle. I'm not very please with the service department either. It took close to three hours to tell me what is wrong, and the overpriced to repair the vehicle. The part was not available. Took about four days for the part to arrive. When I decide to get another car, it will not be from Rockwall Honda. My vehicle is supposed to be ready tomorrow before closing, we will see. More

Purchased a used car, May 2022, and on the list of items it shows Perma Plate and KUHA GPS, neither item I really needed but part of dealer prep charge and told could not be removed. After negotiating a price, less that what they were asking, I found out a week later that they would not honor these services since car was sold for lower price. Was never told of these changes and still appear on quote I was shown, of which I have a picture. Be careful when dealing with Honda Cars of Rockwall. More
