Deceiving pricing, they would show one price in car gurus and when you actually go and take a look at the car it shows a higher price. prices don't show hidden charges for lo jack and Perma shield. Have been in contact with a sales rep, Art, this week about a specific vehicle, got prompted to call and put down a down payment to reserve the vehicle. Call the next day and Jarrett took down my card in about a specific vehicle, got prompted to call and put down a down payment to reserve the vehicle. Call the next day and Jarrett took down my card info and stated that the vehicle was secured and in my name. Checking my bank about the next day and the deposit still hasnt processed so I call to figure out what is going on. Art, that I had been dealing with got frustrated with me that I didn't give more info than what was requested and that they can't find where I made the deposit. I get a call back from Art confirming yes, I did provide all info I was asked and it was the used care sales manager I spoke with, who apparently took my info for deposit on a vehicle that had been presold. Upon trying to get clarification on how this occurred Art immediately placed all blame on Jarrett and began trying to sell me another vehicle that is in manufacturing. Asked to speak to a manager and was repeatedly told that it wouldn't accomplish anything, he's trying to get me into a new vehicle now so let's just do that. Called back to speak to the new car sales manager who's name I've forgotten and he informs me that this vehicle has actually been presold for a week, and again starts trying to sell me the vehicle in manufacturing. Now I can only assume that Art has been stringing me along for the past couple days on a vehicle that has not been available this whole time. More

Typical scummy dealership. Serepticiously included 5k of dealer markup on top line price of vehicle. Approximatly 3k of dealer add-ons included on a vehicle in transit. This will be my first and last time buying anything from this dealership. It was the typical sales tactics, "let me talk to my finance manager" I am sure we can beat your pre-approved financing. Car price come back with dealer costs, plus perma coat and low jack things that most people don't want. Get past that added costs and get to financing where the quoted rate was 1.66% more than discussed. Asked Justin about this and he had a flippant response. I was ready to walk away from the deal. Now, I get my actual loan paperwork and the financing is .22 more than listed on the paperwork I signed, and not Capital One but Driveway Finance. If you purchase from this dealership, please be careful and read the reviews. More

We agreed in principle to a fair monthly payment and Art handed the deal off to Louis Hollman in finance and we scored on a 3 year lease far below industry average. Man it felt good to deal with a couple of dudes who actually gave firm handshakes and negotiated in good faith. More

A few days after the service I noticed that they did not do the tire rotation. The reason I knew this is because I recently had new tires put on the back and they were still there. The day I took my car into be serviced I waited almost 2-hours. When I called the dealer to tell them that they charged me for a service they didn't do, the lady asked me if I would like to schedule an appointment and bring it back. I asked her how long it would take and she said that I would just have to schedule an appointment. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE A SERVICE AND YOU CAN'T MAKE IT A PRIORITY TO FIX IT. NEVER AGAIN!!! More
