On Sept 19, 2024 my wife and I visited Honda Cars of Rockwall to explore the possibility of trading in our 2016 Honda Pilot for 2025 Honda Pilot. This is the same dealership where we purchased the Pilot Rockwall to explore the possibility of trading in our 2016 Honda Pilot for 2025 Honda Pilot. This is the same dealership where we purchased the Pilot we currently own. Hoping to receive an upgraded purchasing experience for being repeat customers we arranged by text to meet with salesperson Marlon Brown. Marlon worked courteously and efficiently to show us the vehicles we had requested to inspect and then to discuss pricing and trade value. We were then asked to sit in a waiting area for "someone from finance" to discuss financing the vehicle. Obviously without knowing the terms of financing we could not know if we yet had a deal we might agree to. After waiting twenty five minutes I tracked down Marlon and inquired as to how much longer the wait would be. He relayed to us that there was only "one finance guy" working at the time and he was finishing up with another customer. We explained that we were able to wait another ten minutes. Marlon told us it would probably be longer than that so we informed Marlon that we couldn't wait that long but if he would forward the terms of the offer to us by email when they were ready we would look them over and come back to sign paperwork if we found them agreeable. Marlon was again courteous and efficient in complying with our request. A short time later as we were driving in heavy traffic on the interstate my wife and I began receiving a barrage of texts and phone calls. Between 1:27pm and 1:35pm my number was called six times. My wife received a similar number of calls. I answered the fifth call to my phone which was from a person who identified themselves as "Justin in Finance." The caller ID for that call displayed "+1(469)664-8099 SHADER JUSTIN". I politely explained to Justin that I was driving in traffic on the interstate and could not speak to him at that moment but that Marlon had my contact info and I would review the dealership's offer when it was ready and get back to him. Justin seemed irritated by this and attempted to extend the conversation. It was unsafe to carry on a phone conversation given the driving conditions so I said to Justin "I'm no longer interested, Thank you." and ended the call. My phone immediately rang again. The caller ID again displayed "+1(469)664-8099 SHADER JUSTIN". I said "Hello" and a person who sounded very much like the person I had just spoken to, who identified themselves as "Justin in Finance", said, "Go xxxx Yourself." and immediately hung up the call. This unfortunately happened over speaker phone for my wife to hear. Obviously there is no possibility that we will be doing business of any kind with Honda Cars of Rockwall again. The experience was so unpleasant we are seriously considering looking at other makes of vehicles. It is inconceivable to me that Honda Motor Company and Honda Cars of Rockwall would allow anyone capable of such immature and unethical behavior to have access to our sensitive financial information. I sincerely hope that Honda Motor Company and Honda Cars of Rockwall will act swiftly to safeguard the sensitive information of any person which may have been compromised by the incompetent hiring of the person responsible for this very unfortunate incident. I bought a truck 2 years ago, under warranty. I was assured my warranŕy was good at dealerships closer to my home. Tried to make an appointment to take my Honda in for a road trip service check, but the response time in making my appointment was ridiculous & unprofessional. I made an appointment with Mr. Chad Molock, Service Manager at Rockwall Honda, for my 20,000 mile routine maintenance. It was my daughter's car, but she was busy, so I went in for Chad Molock, Service Manager at Rockwall Honda, for my 20,000 mile routine maintenance. It was my daughter's car, but she was busy, so I went in for her, and she told me to make an appointment with Chad. He did a great job with the things that need to be checked and taken care of at 20,000 miles (i.e. oil change, wheel alignment, brake fluid change, etc.). Even though it took more time than expected (almost 2.5 hours) , I had the added pleasure of taking care of my daughter's car. I appreciated Mr. Chad updating me on the progress of the repairs halfway through, and the car is driving very well after the maintenance. More
Me and my daughter took her 2022 Accord in to trade it in on a cheaper Civic or something used to lower her payments, the salesman said her car was only worth 24,000! Car is immaculate with 18000 miles! How in the xxxx is it only worth 24,000. Then tried to sell us a 2024 civic for 27,900, with payments of 680.00 a month. Only 65.00 cheaper than her car, for 84 months! That’s 53,000 after payoff. Will never shop there again nor buy anything Honda, probably not even a motorcycle. More

They charge thousands for these items and then use the "Costco after market discount" to suggest that they are providing a discount. Avoid this dealership if you want a fair deal, they are operating under the old "sleezy add-on" practice. Trust is important More

I met Chad Molok, who always takes great care of my car, explained the situation, and he quickly found the cause and fixed it perfectly. All I had to do was sit in the waiting room and wait. The repair time was also quick. Also, the last time I had a problem with a wheel on my car, I went to Chad and he answered all my questions and fixed my car perfectly with no problems. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. Because of Chad's professionalism and the customer satisfaction service he provides, I will continue to service my car at Honda Rockwall in the future. More
