He was so helpful during my first experience that when my insurance said I was covered to get a brand new car I called Terrence back. Not only did he remember me he worked hand in hand with my insurnace to get me the best deal on a 2017 Honda HR-V! Terrence is great, funny, personalble, and most importantly he cares.
