Terrible business terrible service terrible ! I have called multiple times the front desk people cannot even send me to the right person I have talk to everyone except for the one I am asking for I have called multiple times the front desk people cannot even send me to the right person I have talk to everyone except for the one I am asking for I have had multiple problems with this car and nobody can seem to help me or give me any information will never go back Also a manager last tell me it’s nothing they can do however I have had issues ever since I have bought this car but I’ve been trying to deal with it I do not recommend this place because now I’m stuck with a car for one I did not ask for that big of a car payment but end up paying $103 more monthly also I stated I wanted to put a certain amount down and that’s what I was comfortable with and end up putting $2000 more down and has had problems with the car a few times and have not had the car a year but when I called for help or to get directed somewhere no one can help me or answer me so now I’m stuck More
I recently had car service done at this location and I never had better customer car service in my life! I worked primarily with Christian Carney and I was very impressed of his professionalism. In addition, the service manager, Connie Underwood was super helpful and kind as well when helping me. I will continue to go to Honda Rock Hill for all of my car services, because I know how excellent they are at what they do. I highly recommend going to this Honda location in Rock Hill, South Carolina. You won't be disappointed! More
Do not buy from here purchased a truck here had it two weeks ! I was told by the service department to take it up to Hendrick Dodge in Concord because they don’t work on them get the truck up there Rock H weeks ! I was told by the service department to take it up to Hendrick Dodge in Concord because they don’t work on them get the truck up there Rock Hill didn’t want to pay for nothing that they found wrong with the truck after I was told by salesman Mike Hasley they would run truck through the shop and fix anything wrong with it purchased truck Saturday picked it up Monday for that purpose then I had to $170 diagnostics fee to get truck back and they owner fixed the exhaust leak truck needed struts and spark plugs the declined to fix it don’t buy from them they are a bunch of liars and get over on people More
I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the past. I dealt with Tim Oakes and Pete Piston and had a great experience . I went there yesterday to purchase a vehicle and unfortunately the experience was not the same. Michelle(sales person) is who I worked with. She was nice but the dearler ship did not have a lot of vehicles in stock. They only had 1 vehicle in the model I was looking for and that particular vehicle was over my price range. So I told her if they receive more in that model to contact. I was already pre approved for my loan through my personal bank. She asked me if I would like to speak to their finance advisor which I declined because I was already approved and I knew the budget I was going to stick too. She told me she was going to look and make sure there wasnt any cars that she could offer me. And this is the part that wasnt pleasant. Shawn from the finance department he wanted to know if I wanted him to see if I would qualify for additional money to cover the cost of the vehicle that Michelle showed me. I told no, and that I wanted to stay in a certain budget. He asked me a bunch of question and then said well this is not the car for you! I already knew that, Michelle showed me that car because that was the only ONE THEY HAD IN THE MODEL I WAS LOOKING FOR. He basically made me feel like why am I here wasting his time. When in fact my time was wasted because I told Michelle that she can let me know when and if they received more vehicles in stock and HE CAME IN.!!!! I was approved for more but wanted to say in the budget that I WAS COMFORTABLE AT, and wasn't going to allow anyone to push into buying something ABOVE MY BUDGET!! More
DEALERSHIP FALSE ADVERTISING; On 7/31/21, I visited the dealership with my wife and mother to purchase the car I found on TrueCar.com, which would have been my 3rd successful purchase using TrueCar. A 2020 Honda Civic LX Sedan CVT- VIN#LH515697 Stock #PS21144 was priced at an "Excellent Price" of $17846. I received three phone calls from the Sales Rep, Tim Oakes, to confirm my appointment. We test drove, reviewed the entire car with Tim. There was a scratch that he said they would paint and then deliver the car to us after purchase. Upon meeting with the Business Manager, Les Stewart, he advised us that the Retail price was $22,358, and that "it is not in his best interest to honor the TrueCar pricing" and that he took this all the way up to the General Manager. He explained that "they will not honor the TrueCar price". Mr. Stewart advised me that I would have to pay $4,512 more than what was advertised because he is "low on stock" and "no one is honoring TrueCar pricing, and now is not the time to honor it". I had planned to go back to Carmax to sell my 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid for $5500, in order to pay for the car in cash. We required no financing, which was disappointing to the dealership. I paid for a babysitter and traveled an hour and a half from Morganton, NC to be misled by false advertising at this dealership. I went to the dealership to have a piece on my rear door that was not put on after having my lock fixed last week. The customer service by Michael was awesome today. Also the tactic of “well my Car has 40k miles on it and XYZ went wrong, the same could happen to you” why would you say that to someone looking to purchase your product? Aside from that the car is fantastic, great gas mileage, beautiful color. Again I appreciate Jason, Les, and Pete for their assistance! Great job guys! Sales department: A+ Business office: D- More
