do not buy from this dealership. was sold a used vehicle, and my fault, did not have it inspected before purchasing. was told the carfax report was clear and the car was in great condition! come to find out, and my fault, did not have it inspected before purchasing. was told the carfax report was clear and the car was in great condition! come to find out, the top has been sawed off (the car has been rolled/totaled?) and a new top was put on the car... but apparently whoever welded the top on did a horrible job because the entire roof leaks from all sides. The frame is bent and I have to get the tires rotated every 1000 miles - I need to pay a few thousand to try to get the frame rebent. I went up to the dealership to ask them if they will buy the car back, as I assumed buying from a dealership rather than online/personal seller meant somewhat of a reliable car! The manager talked to me like I was incoherant, telling me he will pay for a re-alignment?! A realignment that will like a few weeks before the car goes back to normal because the frame is bent? He said it was my stupidity for assuming the car was never totaled - I guess maybe I am at fault, for beleiving them when they showed me the carfax report and it showed the car had never been wrecked? Dont go here, I never will. More

Mislead and lied to by salespersons, one of them being the sales manager. I was give the information and price of a 4wheel drive Honda Element when i later found out with the vin number it was a 2wheel dr the sales manager. I thought i was getting a great deal, but the asking price i was negotiating on was much higher than the asking price of the SUV i was really buying. In addition they locked key inside the car and had to break into it! More

I went in to test drive a new Accord and got greeted by the sweetest sales guy, Anthony, bless his heart. He was so nice and friendly and very honest. I was warned about this place from my a family member whos a car salesman but being a nice person, I decided to give them a chance and ended up totally wasting my time. This dealership adds $3000 worth of shit accesories on each and EVERY car at that dealership and makes the customer pay for it even if you do not want it or ask for it !! The managers and finance people just want to play around with nonsense numbers and waste time. They kept messin around with numbers supposedly trying to help me but it was all bullshit . They gave me $2000 less than what my trade in is worth because one very barely noticable ding on the side door. I ask them what interest rate they calculated and they say they dont even know, the computer doesnt tell them .....like im stupid ?? I have 700 credit score and they tell me i only qualify for 8% ....total bull. Then they try to lure me back saying they have the car I want coming to the dealership secured, they were gonna cancel it because i walked out.... and they have no idea what color it is, when its coming, no vin number, NOTHING ! I knew that was a total lie. They told me they would match another dealerships price, oh yea, when did $1000 over become matching ?! I felt bad for my sales guy, his manager was feeding him total crap. My hats off to him because he did try and he was so nice through the whole process when I told him I thought it was total bullshit. I was only patient because of him. But seriously I dont know how the hell this dealership got the Presidents Award. They must be paying people to vote for them with the profit they make jipping off their customers ! More

I took the car at the same day beliveing their promise. Once I took the car back, I sensed their attitudes changed. However, they would fix the car and gave me a loaner. I had to wait a week and half to get the car back. The salesperson who told me the car never called, even lied my phone number does not work. The number worked before I purchasedd the car. After almost two weeks, car was fixed per the salesperson, Body work was done as promised. Other defect I pointed was not done. The salesperson was lying that was taken care of even though anyone with good vision was able to see nothing had been done I also found car was very dirty. No detail job was done, no outside wash was done. The salesperson kepting lying cleaning was done. If the salesperson was not lying, I would not know where all dust and dirt inside the car came from. I even found scarches done by someone inside the car. Judge from my experience. You probably can see I never recommend buying car from this dealership due to bad salesperson, bad after sale service, also bad quality of work. If you still want to buy a car from dealership, be very careful with financing dept. They really want to rip off customer with interest rate and extended warranty. I have over 750 credit score and they were offering 8 percent, and find very good salesperson. More

If my salesperson wasn't at the dealership when I went to pick up my car, no one else had any information about what had been done, or, more accuratly, what had not been done.
