I have worked with Mark many times and he always explains what items need to be taken care of on my car in a professional manner. In addition to Mitch's professionalism, he was warm, courteous, and very attentive. His appearance was neat and clean. Antony stated out and got all of the problems that we came to him with. He set our expectations as to what was going to be covered under warranty prior to us leaving, provided us with a loner car as we n came to him with. He gave us a call and followed up with items that were not going to be covered as well as going over items that needed attention that we did not originally discuss. He folloed up at the end of the day to let us know when the car would be ready. When we came in to pick up the car, he spent ample time with us to discuss the details of the work that was done, how much each piece was, as well as how much was covered under warranty. I appreciate the service James Pierce provided me. He was very apologetic for the long wait just to get an oil change, but I understood b/c you all had a rush of customers right before the lunch hour. When he said they topped off my washer fluids I laughed and told him that the water pump wasn't working to spray my front windshield. He said give me a minute. He took my car around and blew out the hose and they both work now! He did not have to do that, but took the time to try and it worked!
