I went to the dealership to get an oil change and to have my window motor replaced. While the car was being serviced, the technician identified several other items that needed to be repaired(~$1000). They told me that they had already contacted Hendrix (extended warranty)and that it was covered. They had a loaner car ready for me as well. All this without having to ask, James Pierce not only met, but exceeded my expecations and because of him, and the Honda service in general, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Honda of McKinney.....Thanks Guys More

Mitch Byrd was very professional and helpful even if it was only for an oil change. Our van was serviced way less than the time he mentioned. The carwash was excellent, too. Have been dealing with Honda Cars for many years. As I have told managers over the years, the service department is what keeps us comming back. We have been dealing for the last few years with Mark Degeorge and find that he is definitely an asset to Honda Cars and I consider him a friend rather than just a service advisor. We have never experienced any problem that was not immediately corrected in all of the time we have dealt with Honda Cars. Antony (Tony) was friendly from the moment I arrived. He listened to why I was having my Honda Pilot serviced. He checked my service record and suggested several things that needed to be considered. I was only interested at this time in an oil change and tire rotation. He did not try to pressure me to get the other service, but told me to consider it for a future visit. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take to do the maintenance, and it came in under the estimated time. Tony, told me as a result of the quality control inspection, that my battery was low on charge. He offered a new Honda battery for for a competitive price, but I declined at this time. My overall experience was very pleasant and I have pleased with all maintenance I have received since I bought the Pilot from Honda Cars of McKinney in 2003. More
