I have been a loyal customer of Honda Cars of McKinney for the past 9 years. My first experience 9 years ago was with the purchase of a pre-owned Odyssey. From that time until now, Steve Knowles has been the finest service manager I have ever worked with. This past week Steve had to give us the bad news that our 1999 Odyssey had finally served its purpose, and it was time to look for a replacement vehicle. Steve turned me over to the very competent hands of Justin Griffin. Justin guided us toward the purchase of the most amazing pre-owned Odyssey we have ever seen. The deal was completed within a 24-hour period of time due to Rick Dailey's willingness to deliver a truly customer-focused experience. Thankfully, this sale culminated just in time as our 1999 Odyssey literally went up in smoke in the midst of driving back to pick up our new, pre-owned Odyssey. We couldn't be more pleased and will continue to direct family, friends and anyone who will listen to buy and service their next car at Honda Cars McKinney. When we walked into the dealership, Bryan was the first to greet us. He was very friendly from the start, and throughout the whole process. We went in to the dealership knowing what we wanted, so he took u to greet us. He was very friendly from the start, and throughout the whole process. We went in to the dealership knowing what we wanted, so he took us straight to the car and showed us all the features. He then took us outside so we could see all the different color options. He worked with us so we both were happy with the deal we got. He made sure we were satisfied with everything and worked very hard to get us what we wanted. You could tell he wanted us to be happy and confident with our purchase.Overall it was a great experience. Everyone who helped us was helping to make sure it was a fast and friendly service. I got everything i wanted from the Honda dealership and will be back again! More

The reason for my overall rating of a 4 is based on one reason. I think there needs to be more communincation. You seem to sit for a long time with out knowing what's going on. Constant updates help you reason. I think there needs to be more communincation. You seem to sit for a long time with out knowing what's going on. Constant updates help your customer feel in the loop and provides exceptional customer service. There were very long periods of time where I did not know what was going on. Still Newell & Filipe both were great. More
Bill sent us an email flyer after my husband was researching the prices on used Honda Accords. He gave us a price for a new 2010 Accord. We went to see him and he honored the flyer price and negot researching the prices on used Honda Accords. He gave us a price for a new 2010 Accord. We went to see him and he honored the flyer price and negotiated fairly the upgrades. It was raining when all the paperwork was done and he told us to bring the car back on a dry day and they would redo the finish since the rain prevented us driving off with a completely cleaned vehicle. Also, Bill was busy with another customer when we showed up at the dealership. He did not know we were coming in response to his flyer. He arranged for another employee to work with us until he was free. That empolyee showed us cars and took us on test drives. While negotiating the final upgrades, Bill respected our bottom line and worked to make it happen. More

In the Sales area I have purchased several autos from Bill Nickar and have found him to be a straight and honest in my dealings with him. He follows through on making sure I locate the best vehicle for my needs along with my selection of color, interior and accessories. Many sales people I have dealth with in the pass try to sell you only what the dealer has in stock and not what the buyer wants. Additionally, Bill has always worked hard at get me a fair price and good trade. More
I started the shopping process via internet. Paul was the first and ONLY in the DFW area to actually communicate with me. I received emails but I could tell they were form letters. We knew when we left home this morning that Paul had our business! Even the 'flat' tire experience turned out just fine. Still waiting for the margarita machine!
