The best car buying experience I've ever had!!! All of the Staff members we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. They made it very easy for us to compare the three models we were deciding between ( the Staff members we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. They made it very easy for us to compare the three models we were deciding between (Pilot, Odyssey, CRV). We ended up choosing a Certified pre-owened Odyssey and couldn't be more pleased. The icing on the cake was the price and trade value we got with very little negotiation. I was told they are the second largest certified pre-owned Honda dealer in the nation and it is easy to see why. Class act all around with great pricing to boot!!! They have earned my repeat business in the future. More

He was so concerned with the problem with my CRV and had me bring it in for immediate attention. Kenny was so nice and was so customer oriented. I have never had anyone so concerned about customer satisfaction. He assigned to to rep. Steve Knowles and he made sure I got my loaner car and give me hid card for any problems or questions I might have. My car is working beautifully. More
After requesting to be contacted and indicating that we were really just researching and still not ready to purchase, Brad offered to show us the vehicle and demo some of the features that same day. We did were really just researching and still not ready to purchase, Brad offered to show us the vehicle and demo some of the features that same day. We didn't end up at the dealership until just before closing time, but Brad hung around just to let us test drive and show us the car. At that point we were probably a couple of weeks from wanting to purchase, but after the positive experience we ended up buying our new Pilot that same evening, with Brad and company staying well after closing to get it done. We had such a positive experience that we are now considering replacing our second car as well, about a month after our original purchase. More
Both men were very friendly and courteous. Max was nice enough to take us to get something to eat because my husband is diabetic and his sugar was dropping. Our car was being looked at for our trade. We appreciated his kindness in taking us so that we could purchase some food and come back and wait for our loan paperwork to be completed. Need more people like him and Felipe. More

First time I have been to a Honda Dealer since I bought my used 2001 Honda Accord EX (v6). I got a recall notice in the mail in regards to the airbags. Sicne I was having some issues with the steering whee my used 2001 Honda Accord EX (v6). I got a recall notice in the mail in regards to the airbags. Sicne I was having some issues with the steering wheel vibrating when braking or going highway speeds, I figured get it all taken care of at the same time. In about 30 minutes I got an update that there were about 2700 dollars of maintenance they recommend. The car has 152k miles and runs fine with no oil leaks. The tech recommended I replace my battery, but I was thinking...hmm..never had a problem starting my car. Needless to say I did not get my battery replaced. The techs recommend everything to keep your car running like new, but you got to use your best judgement when accepting or refusing service. I told Mark, I doubt my car is worth 2700 dollars. I would rather put that towards a new car before putting it into a car with 152k miles. They respected my option to just fix front rotors and brakes that are causing an immediate concern for 200 bucks. My car is running like new and they even washed it for Free...not to mention fixed the recall issue for free. I will definitely be back since their prices are very reasonable for a dealership and their staff is friendly. More
A very nice buying experience. I would recommend Nelson to any member of my family or friends who are looking for a Honda. I bought my first Honda CRX at this dealership in 1995. But nothing prepared me to any member of my family or friends who are looking for a Honda. I bought my first Honda CRX at this dealership in 1995. But nothing prepared me for the reception I received when I met with Nelson. The dealership is huge, clean, personnel are warm, friendly people. Nelson went above and beyond in answering all the questions I had. And if he didn't have the answer, he would go find it for me. Bravo! More

We received an internet quote and I contacted the internet sales manager that evening to confirm the price qouted. I was quoted $25,174 for a Honda Accord EX-L V6. I went in the following morning t internet sales manager that evening to confirm the price qouted. I was quoted $25,174 for a Honda Accord EX-L V6. I went in the following morning to purchase the vehicle. They brought out purchase agreement and started the top with the agreed on price of $25,174...but then started with all the "dealer Add ons", like: Nitrogen Upgrade $195 Rear Mud Guards $495 Window Tints $495 Wheel Locks $395 Trunk Tray $395 Door Edge Gaurds $295 Fender Wheel Trim $295 Hand Painted Pin Stripe $495 Total:$3,060 Plus an additional $700 for the destination fee. I almost walked out but they assured me we could come to an agreement on price. I should have followed my instinct and left but as they are so much closer to home I thought it would be easier to deal with if I ever had any warranty issues. We ended up agreeing on a price of roughly $26,600 with a total price of $28,628.65 out the door. That is not my complaint with them though, other than the change of price a the last minute, I was still relatively satisfied with the purchase. We did not want the door gaurds, fender trim, or the pin stripe and they said they could remove that without a problem. We brought the car in after the weekend as arranged for them to remove those. We were called 2 days later to pick up our car and there were swirl marks all down the length of the car and it looked like someone had used a grinder down the side of the car. We spoke to the sales manager and he assured us it would be taken care of. We left in the loaner car and came back 2 days later to pick the car up. They had it for a total of 4 days at this point. The marks were much better but still not to our satisfaction. We took the car anyways. The following weekend we went out of town and left the car parked in our garage until we returned 5 days later. When we pulled out of the garage we noticed oil spots all over the floor under the car. My father who is and engineer said he would take a look at it for me. I drove over to his house and looked under the car and said it is leaking from the rear main seal. I immediately called our salesman and was assured that it would be taken care of. We made an appointment and dropped the car off. The following day I received a call from the dealership that they could not find any indication of a leak. They asked if my father would be willing to come in and point out the leak to them. He agreed and we arranged to go in there together. The mechanic was out to lunch when we arrived. We waited almost two hours for the mechanic to come back from lunch and when they called us back and removed the cover that protects the flywheel there was oil underneath it. The service representative and the mechanic just shrugged and basically said they can't tell where it is leaking from and we will have to wait and see if it happens again. I called our salesman Mitch to let him know that we were not satisfied with the outcome and he admitted that he saw oil under the flywheel himself, yet we would have to wait and see what happens. Wait for what? I have contacted the dealership and requested a meeting with the GM. It has already leaked since I brought it back home last night. More
