I was getting an oil change for my old Honda Civic and wanted to kill some time looking at the new cars. Bill walked up and I started to tell him what I was looking for but I knew my current financial si wanted to kill some time looking at the new cars. Bill walked up and I started to tell him what I was looking for but I knew my current financial situation would not allow buying a new car. I never felt pressured. Bill just talked about the new cars, asked what i was looking for, took some of my information and went to the back. He came back quickly and he started showing me what they had. Normally, dealerships try to push you into cars you don't want or just don't listen to you. It was funny that I really didn't think I could get a car but it was fun looking. Pretty soon, they had a bank that would furnish the loan, they worked on the price to fit my budget and had me out of there with a new car in about 2 hours. Awesome!!!! I felt bad that I kept changing my mind on the color of the car, but Bill was very patient. A great experience. That is why I keep coming back. More

I think overall the experience was fantastic, as soon as we walked in, Trae was attending to us. He did not try to sell us what he thought we needed, he actually listened to what my daughter was saying and we walked in, Trae was attending to us. He was great in the test drive, tried to explain the mechanics of the car however my daughter was more interested in the bells and whistles so, he covered the basics that she would listen to then explained all the stuff she wanted to hear about. He actually had to get John involved in the deal since he was not yet certified to make the sale. John was very helpful and did a great job as well. I answered n/a to quality of work cause we didn't have work done. I answered OK on price cause I don't care who you are you always want a cheaper price. I would have said GREAT had you sold me the car for $10,000.00! More

I emailed the quote that Darrell gave me to 4 other dealerships in Oklahoma and all 4 said to take the deal; they couldn't compete with Honda Cars of McKinney. Darrell had the vehicle we had discussed ready for me to test drive and the next thing I knew, I was headed north in a new Honda. I would definitely do business again with Honda Cars of McKinney and expect to make the drive down for some of my service followups. We went back and forth a couple of times during price negotiation, but I'd done some research beforehand and we eventually landed on a price I am (still) satisfied with. There was a little more waiting around than I would have liked during negotiation and doc prep/processing. Billy handled the finance step smoothly and efficiently. I'd already arranged financing through my credit union, and Billy was able to finalize all that paperwork right there at the dealership. The service and deal I received was amazing!!!! I should've come to the dealership when I first began looking for cars 6 months ago. Anthony and Bart were so patient with me on purchasing my car. We drove used and new cars. Anthony really helped me make the right decision. Bart was great. He took care of me from the get go. He didn't operate from his office, he personally came out multiple times and took care of me. He was interested in my personal needs for the car I wanted vs. just getting me in the most expensive car, or car I didn't really want. He was fantastic.
