Tony even held the car for me when I was not able to make it into the dealership on the day I wanted to purchase the car due to family illness. He always seem to care that I felt confortable. The whole experience was like talking to someone after church. He emailed and called me several times after I bought and I had filled out the customer survey. His calls to ask if I had questions and to invite me to the new car seminar Honda of McKinney holds once a month was part of the reason i feel like I made a good decision buying there even though other dealorships are closer. I had a great sales manager (Trae G.) that helped me through the purchase of my new 2011 Accord EX. I came in for kicks just to see if I could trade my 2009 Civic Coupe (53k miles) for a new 2011 Civic through the purchase of my new 2011 Accord EX. I came in for kicks just to see if I could trade my 2009 Civic Coupe (53k miles) for a new 2011 Civic Coupe of a different color. These folks will seriously work with you to get as close to your bottom line payment as possible. After negotiations which included my sales manager making the usual several trips to the decision-making sales manager's office, they came through. But I changed my mind and switched to the 2011 Accord. They came through and got me to my price much quicker this time around. More
