My battery went bad at the mall so I had a guard jump me to start it. It was 6 weeks past my 3 year warranty so service could not help me to replace the battery, but I did get a $69 bargain for a new 100 m to start it. I had a very pleasant experience working with Tony Espinoza in the service department. My IMA and 'check engine' lights had come on, so I brought the car in for an inspection. Tony was very helpful in explaining the situation and why it took a long time to run the diagnostics on the IMA battery before they could order another part. In addition, I noticed that Tony was very calm and collected while he handled multiple customers that afternoon -- a very good attribute to have when you are pulled in all directions by impatient or unruly customers. When Tony called to follow-up that the replacement part had arrived, he offered to set me up with a temporary loaner car, which was very thoughtful. He is a great member of your service team! More

I was completely pleased with my service. I had my oil changed and it was great as usual. I did ask to have my windshield wipers checked and they said they were ok. That made me feel like I was not being changed and it was great as usual. I did ask to have my windshield wipers checked and they said they were ok. That made me feel like I was not being taken for a ride where my pocket book was concerned. However, I feel I still need them replaced as the smear across the windshield and make it impossible to see at night. I will insist that they be replaced the next time I am in. Anyone I have dealt with has been helpful and sincere. I would like to see more women in the service department. I feel that it is sadly too male dominated. More

I would recommend this service center due to the exceptional cust service. The service people were caring and knowledgeable. Excellent service and followup to all questions. I had a concern reagarding internet pricing and was able to get a manager to provide me with an additional accessory for no additional charge. I took the car for a simple oil change, but after performing a total car "check", it was determined that the battery had failed its load test. Since my CRV was still under warranty, a new battery wa performing a total car "check", it was determined that the battery had failed its load test.
