Test drove the car again, as we had test drove similar models in Ok City and Ardmore Ok. Not altogether pleased with the back and forth finance game. Bought our 08 Accord at Gunn Honda in San Antonio and it was TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY haggle free. Has sticker price and then has the GUNN price. Take it or leave it. NO HAGGLING. We liked that. Your dealership was not near as obnoxious as the two young men in Ardmore OK. Overall I would say your dealership handles itself in an average fashion. The interest rate on financing for 72 months is not as attractive as the GM financing available but unfortunately they don't sell Hondas. Sooooooo ... we bit the bullet and took the high interest rate as "the price we have to pay" to drive a Honda car. More

I will no longer let Anne check me in for service. Each time has been with problems. I have never had a problem with any of the other service advisors. The first time she was going to charge me for a servi time has been with problems. I have never had a problem with any of the other service advisors. The second time I waited for my car only to find that the work had been completed but Anne was at lunch so no one checked me out. This time I was charged $49.95 for a service that was to be completed free of charge. More

As i pulled up to the overhead door, it was opened promptly and i was guided to the service desk. Eveyone moved around quickly and smiling. my overall experince was very good. The atmosphere here is that the employees enjoy their job and that this is a good place to work. We purchased a new Pilot in 2002 at Honda Cars of McKinney. We have had it and an 03 Accord serviced there often. We have had a good relationship with our Sales Associate, Harji. We recently traded our 03 Accord for a new Accord. The purchase price was much better than another Honda dealer and was a few bucks lower that a third dealer. What I appreciated most was the were easy to work with. No hassles! I had an somewhat unusual situation in that I need to move monies from two different accounts that took 2 business days to complete. I explained the situation with Harji and the Sales Manager and they were very understanding. We signed the agreement, and when I returned two days later, the car was clean and had a full tank of gas and ready to go. No Hassels! No Problems! Service associates are very professional and thorough. From time to time they would remind me of an upcoming major service to help me prepare for the additional expense. In summary the things that are important to me, SERVICE and FAIR PRICE, meet my expectations. More
