The overall purchase experience was subpar. At the beginning it seemed like a normal purchase, not too pushy and the transaction was going like any other vehicle purchase. However, once we the negotiations started, they started dismissing all my comments. Once we agreed in the purchase price, financing took a really long time. During the last stages of the financing part, the finance person was really pushy on selling additional services after I said no multiple times. Once he realized that I was not purchasing additional warranties, insurance, etc…the attitude changed and I felt unwelcome. Once they gave me the car keys, I noticed they didn’t even fill up the gas tank as a courtesy and the sales person said “we don’t fill up tanks for used vehicles” all this to say that they claimed they did an inspection on the vehicle and 4 hours after buying the car, I noticed the light on the passenger side did not work. More
