Terri Adams and her service crew were beyond awesome! We needed a new tire! Her schedule was booked on a Saturday of a holiday weekend but she got us in!! It took these incompetent fools FIVE HOURS to change my oil. When I dropped the car off at 8:15 I asked how long it would take and was told an hour and and a half. When I called back 3 and a half hours lat oil. When I dropped the car off at 8:15 I asked how long it would take and was told an hour and and a half. When I called back 3 and a half hours later and asked what was taking so long, Terri told me that all she does is drop the keys off and the mechanics take it from there. GREAT COMMUNICATION. Then when I picked it up at 1:30 and asked face to face why it took so long she casually explained. Well... it takes an hour and a half, but you left... HUH? So how does account for the extra four hours. It certainly was not due to their full waiting room of customers as there were no other cars being serviced. In this day and age where "the customer experience" is highly valued, there is none of that displayed at this dealership. I will not be going back, and I will make it a point to tell all Honda owners of my experience - More
Positive Service Experience I bought a new vehicle from Honda Cars of Bellevue, and as I drove home my low tire pressure light came on. I called my sales rep Guy, and he had me b I bought a new vehicle from Honda Cars of Bellevue, and as I drove home my low tire pressure light came on. I called my sales rep Guy, and he had me bring my car back to the dealership. Milt immediately helped me fix the issue with my tire during a busy day. He and his staff were quick, and efficient in fixing my tires and did not charge me for the repair. I appreciated their kindness and efficiency on a swamped day for them. They never made me feel like an inconvenience. Milt was great! More
