Bought my Honda from Honda Cars of Bellevue and have taken it back there for service ever since. The service waiting area is second to none. If that doesn't suit you, you can catch up on the news on TV or read the paper. The service has always included a free car wash, and has been done at a competetive price. what's not to like. No problems, no complaints, just good honest service like in the days when they used to wash your windows and check the air in your tires when you got gas. More

Unfortunately, my '03 Element got rear-ended and then I hit the car in front as well. The body shop had to fix both ends, put in a new A/C condenser, and some related parts. They dealt with a greedy insurance company, got me the right parts, and had the work done faster than I could have thought possible. I bought the car there in Nov '03 and have been treated like a king every time, from oil changes to this recent encounter. They may not be the 'cheapest' but I will pay a couple bucks for great service and knowledgeable employees. I still talk to my salesman every few months as he requested feedback regarding my vehicle over the long haul! More
