This past round of service for an oil change, tire rotation, fixing a small air leak on one of the tires and a front end alignment was completed in a timely fashion, there were some delays due to issues that were found on the minivan but the service advisor Jack kept me informed. The service department is clean, they have a great waiting room, I love how the vehicle gets a courtesy car wash. Honda has excellent vehicles, and the Honda Cars of Bellevue strives to maintain an excellence in the service provided to customers. I bought the car there in Nov '03 and have been treated like a king every time, from oil changes to this recent encounter. They may not be the 'cheapest' but I will pay a couple bucks for great service and knowledgeable employees.
