A Service Center That I Can Trust The last time I took my Odyssey in for an oil change they noticed a power steering leak and thought that a hose needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote and since I didn't have time to fix it that day I scheduled the fix at our next oil change. They called me to tell me it wasn't the hose at all and by tightening a valve last time there was no longer a leak. The repair would have cost me $150 and I would have never known the difference. I appreciate their honesty. More

I made an appointment with Honda assuming I needed an oil change and a brake flush. Todd informed me with the quality of the oil, cars no longer required oil changes every 3K miles and took the time to show change and a brake flush. He checked the computer and said my car did not require a brake flush either. His honesty and customer service is top notch. This experience reinforces my loyalty Honda Bellevue! They take the worry out of car ownership for me and I always feel much better after they have cast their "expert eyes" on my car. I went to get my winter tires put on. When the work was promptly done I was surprised that I had forgotten my wallet at home. Todd let me drive home and then come back in and pay. I was so grateful. We had an annoying rattle develop in the front end of our 2008 Honda Civic Si with only 17,000 miles that was just out of warranty.
