Their service center told me he wouldn't help I called their service center,informed the guy I was a disabled vet. I was on low income and was paid monthly.My 1999 Honda accord needed some work an I called their service center,informed the guy I was a disabled vet. I was on low income and was paid monthly.My 1999 Honda accord needed some work and would they consider any type of payment plan, his response was NO, WE DON'T DO THAT. Awful Expierience I had an appt to take in my Crv for noon on a Monday. My car was not looked at until Tuesday morning. On Tuesday I was told that the catylytic convert I had an appt to take in my Crv for noon on a Monday. My car was not looked at until Tuesday morning. On Tuesday I was told that the catylytic converter heat shield needed to be replaced. They said it was not covered under the warranty. I wanted to call around to check prices before they did the repairs so I told them I would call back to let them know if I wanted them to do the work. I called them 15 minutes later and agreed to them doing to work. At 3:30 in the afternoon I called them to see when my car would be done. They said they had not worked on the car because I never called them back. I explained that that was not true and was rudely told, "well I never got the message." I picked my car up at 5:30 on Tueday after them having my car for a day and a half. The service guy who checked me out never apologized for the wait or the poor communication on their part. He gave me my told and said "we think the heat guard was the problem but if we were wrong let us know." I was then given the bill. I will never buy a car from this dealership or take my car to their service department again. More

body work, I wouldn't go back I have used this dealership several times, at first not having any problems. Although when my radiator was replaced the hose cracked due to clamps be I have used this dealership several times, at first not having any problems. Although when my radiator was replaced the hose cracked due to clamps being put on incorrectly. Next after my roof being fixed the headliner began falling off. I asked for it to be fixed and they refused, instead putting glue on it making it worse. When the top of the car started to rust and crack from the workmanship they actually agreed to repair it, they also agreed to fix the headliner. Although they did not fix the headliner and the car came back with the sunroof not working, they claim this is not their fault and refuse to fix it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HAVE ANY WORK DONE HERE!! It just gets worse and worse... More

Someone to trust I recently had aproblem with my Honda. When I called and spoke with Todd and told him what was going on, he told me to bring it on down and they will I recently had aproblem with my Honda. When I called and spoke with Todd and told him what was going on, he told me to bring it on down and they will make sure that they will get to the bottom of the problem. I took it to them and waited for it. Shortly afterwards, Todd came and told me that they fixed the problem. Finally someone to trust and I don't get the run around anymore! Awesome just awesome!! After int I am commenting on our first experience with Honda Cars of Bellevue. We recently purchased a 2006 Pilot elsewhere which needed maintenance. After interviewing other service facilities, we talked with Rick (service manager) who convinced us to bring the car into Bellevue. Pat Brook in service patiently listened to our issues and explained in detail, with confidence our options for the repair. Overall it was a good experience and plan to bring all our Honda cars there for service in the near future. Also the charges were in-line compared to other repair facilities. More
