Their service center told me he wouldn't help I called their service center,informed the guy I was a disabled vet. I was on low income and was paid monthly.My 1999 Honda accord needed some work an I called their service center,informed the guy I was a disabled vet. Awful Expierience I had an appt to take in my Crv for noon on a Monday. My car was not looked at until Tuesday morning. On Tuesday I was told that the catylytic convert I had an appt to take in my Crv for noon on a Monday. My car was not looked at until Tuesday morning. On Tuesday I was told that the catylytic converter heat shield needed to be replaced. They said it was not covered under the warranty. I wanted to call around to check prices before they did the repairs so I told them I would call back to let them know if I wanted them to do the work. I called them 15 minutes later and agreed to them doing to work. At 3:30 in the afternoon I called them to see when my car would be done. They said they had not worked on the car because I never called them back. I explained that that was not true and was rudely told, "well I never got the message." I picked my car up at 5:30 on Tueday after them having my car for a day and a half. The service guy who checked me out never apologized for the wait or the poor communication on their part. He gave me my told and said "we think the heat guard was the problem but if we were wrong let us know." I was then given the bill. I will never buy a car from this dealership or take my car to their service department again. More
