Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. Let me begin by apologizing that we were not able to look at your CR-V on Monday. We were missing three technicians and we were unable to complete all of the vehicles that had appointments on Monday. This should not have happened and I am very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. The heat shield was not covered under your warranty because it failed due to outside forces acting on it, not because the part itself failed. I am also very sorry that neither Rick nor Brandon got your message about wanting us to complete the repairs. I'm not sure who you spoke with, but clearly we dropped the ball. Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. It appears you are referring to a body repair that was done to our 2001 Civic back in 2006. You brought the vehicle back to us in March of 2015. And even though it has been almost 9 years and your vehicle now has almost 200,000 miles we still repaired the crack in the roof area. We were not able to repair the headliner because it is too worn and coming apart from the backing. The headliner would need to be replaced at this point. If you would like to have us replace it, we would be happy to do it at cost for you if this will make you a satisfied customer once again.
