Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. Let me begin by apologizing that we were not able to look at your CR-V on Monday. We were missing three technicians and we were unable to complete all of the vehicles that had appointments on Monday. This should not have happened and I am very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. The heat shield was not covered under your warranty because it failed due to outside forces acting on it, not because the part itself failed. I am also very sorry that neither Rick nor Brandon got your message about wanting us to complete the repairs. I'm not sure who you spoke with, but clearly we dropped the ball. I would very much like to make this up to you so you will continue to be a customer of ours.
