I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem with one of your tires. Your tires do come with a warranty from the tire manufacturer against material defects. Honda of Lincoln should have checked to see if the problem was with the tire itself or if an outside object like a nail or screw had caused the hole in the side wall. I am assuming that if they charged you for a new tire they believe something made the hole rather than the tire failing. Usually we give the customer whatever it is we pull out of the tire if the object is still embedded in the tire. Again I am very sorry that you had to replace your tire. Since we didn't see the tire we will have to rely on Honda of Lincoln's assessment that the hole in it was not covered under the tire manufacturer's warranty.
