Took a little bit to get in for some recall repairs. But once we got in, service took about 1.5 hours for 2 recall repairs, software update and they even washed the car! I always take my SUV to them but today was very frustrating for my husband. A simple oil change took almost 3 hours with no communication from the service staff until it was time for them to rotate frustrating for my husband. I have been coming to this dealership on and off since 2021, I was happy doing business until I had to have my front lip on the bumper replaced. The part took about a month to come in when Terri had origi 2021, I was happy doing business until I had to have my front lip on the bumper replaced. The part took about a month to come in when Terri had originally said about 2 weeks, which I understand because there can always be hiccups. I think I spent about $1,500 all together for parts and labor which I thought was a little crazy but oh well, needed to be done! 9 months later I’m driving down the interstate with my wife and dogs and heard a loud pop, looked in the review and the lips flying off. I call the next day they are open to see what can be done and I get told the person that did my last oil change must of not put it on correctly and to go ask them if they did. They also told me that they will not pay for any parts or labor. Disappointment is an understatement. Unless you absolutely have to I recommend not bringing or buying any vehicles from this dealership. More
